3:30pm Unit Blk of Guttenburg Burglary
Officers McMilton, Almaguer and Hauscarriague were on patrol when they spotted a suspect wanted for a burglary. The officers had several prior contacts with the suspect. The suspect was contacted and taken into custody. A second suspect turned himself in to Ingleside station. Report 110622655
5:00pm 3300 Blk Mission St Warrant Arrest
Officer Wilson was dispatched to a report of a shoplifter. The officer contacted the suspect who also had an outstanding warrant. The suspect was taken into custody. Report 110642603
8:30pm Mission & 29th St Warrant Arrest
Officer Preston was on patrol when he spotted a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and contacted the driver. A records check revealed that the suspect had never been issued a driver’s license and had an outstanding warrant. The suspect was taken into custody. Report 110642960 effect

Officers Anderson, Baldovino, Otaguro and Ferronato responded to a report of robbery. The victim was highly intoxicated under the influence of alcohol. The victim said two suspects exited a vehicle and hit him with a small baseball bat, demanding his personal belongings. The suspects fled. Report 110640817
4:30am 1500 Blk Sanchez St Burglary
Officers Ma and Benavidez were dispatched to a report of a burglary. As the officers approached the residence, they saw a vehicle nearby. The vehicle’s engine was started and it sped off at a high rate of speed without its headlights on. The officers located several tools outside of the residence belonging to the victims. 7:30am 900 Blk Rutland Ave Burglary
Officers LaRocca and Muro were dispatched to a report of a burglary. The victim returned home to his residence and found the lock to his garage door was cut off. Several items were missing. Report 110641069
8:15am Unit Blk Paulding St Theft
Officers Morgante and Martinez were flagged down by a victim. The victim’s vehicle was broken into and several items were taken. Report 110641075
4:45pm 100 Blk Seville St Battery
Officers Nibungco and Pereira responded to a call of a battery. The victim was in a physical fight with the suspect. The suspect admitted to punching the victim twice first in order to start a fight. The suspect and victim got into a pushing fight. The suspect fell into a window, causing it to break. A pane of glass fell onto the suspect, causing a deep cut to his back. The victim did not want to press charges against the suspect. Report 110642421
8:40pm 800 Blk Geneva Ave Battery
Officers Abucay, Blume and Gonzalez were on patrol when they responded to a report of a battery. The officers contacted the victim who was lying on the sidewalk. The victim was highly intoxicated from alcohol. The victim had several cuts to his face and elbows, but was inconsistent with what had occurred and told several different stories. A witness told the officers that the victim attacked two individuals who fought back. Report 110643071
