07:16 am Mission @ Trumbull DUI Arrest
Officer Giannini witnessed a vehicle run through a red light at the intersection of Mission & Silver Avenue. Upon contact of driver he noticed a bottle of alcohol in the rear area of the driver’s seat. Upon further investigation Officer Giannini believed the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. The driver was placed under arrest for DUI. Report number 110187734
11:57 am 100 Block Marietta Domestic Violence
Officers Fung and Suguitan responded to a call of a fight between a male and a female. The victim stated that her boyfriend had kicked a juice bottle which struck her in the head. The boyfriend also pushed her and because she was in fear she called the police. Officers placed the boyfriend under arrest for a misdemeanor battery. Report number 110188312
2:51 pm 400 Block Precita DUI Arrest
Officer Chan was patrolling the area of Precita Park when he affected a traffic stop of a vehicle with expired registration. He vehicle was observed making unprovoked sudden stops and driving at a slow pace. Officer Burke was also on scene and when he approached the driver of the vehicle smelled the odor of alcohol. The driver exited the Jeep with an unsteady gait, was placed in handcuffs and transported to Mission Station for further evaluation. The driver was unable to respond to basic field sobriety questions and spoke heavily and slowly. She was placed under arrest for DUI. Report number 110188679

Officers DeGuzman and Dilag were dispatched to a call of a burglary. Various vehicles had been damaged in a shared garage of a residence. All of the victims claimed nothing had been stolen from the vehicles. A search of the area for any suspects was unsuccessful and there were no video surveillance cameras in the area. 10:00 am 3300 Block Mission Theft fr. Building
Officer Coles took a counter report of a theft at Ingleside Station. Victim advised that she shares an apartment with various other roommates and this morning after she returned to her unlocked bedroom from the shower noticed various items missing. There were no witnesses to the incident. Report number 110188522
5:00 pm Unit Block Park St. Vandalism
Officer Trujillo was dispatched to Park Street regarding a vandalism. He spoke with victim who stated someone had cut through a cyclone fence but it was unknown if any entry had been made and victim reported nothing missing at the time. Report number 110190834
8:00 pm 200 Block Rutledge Veh. Theft
Officer Sullivan responded to a call of an auto boost. Victim said he locked and secured the vehicle the night before and when he returned found damage to the passenger window and various items missing. There were no witnesses or suspect information available. Report number 110190787
