Arrests:  

9:20 am     4900 blk Mission        Theft
Officers Campion-Healy, Marino and Frisk were sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officers that watched as the suspect came into the store and started shopping for things. The victims told the officers that the suspect went to the meat isle and stuck meat in his jacket. The victim followed the suspect outside after he walked past all the checkout stands without paying. The victim provided the officers with a video that shows the suspect taking the meat and hiding it in his jacket. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked. Report number 110057018

1:59 pm     4900 blk Mission        False Registration
Motorcycle Officer Villaruel was patrolling when he observed a vehicle that was not displaying a front plate. (In the State of California it is mandatory for all vehicles to have front plates even if your car does not come equipped with a place for it 5200 cvc.) The officer pulled the vehicle over and discovered that although there was a current year tab on the car, DMV showed that there was none issued to this vehicle. The officer then towed the vehicle and cited the driver. (DMV can identify what vehicle each tab is issued to by the serial numbers on them) report number 110057767

2:47 pm     San Bruno/Arleta       Aggravated Assault
Officers Park and Chang were sent to investigate an assault case. The officers arrived to the location and while there they saw a subject walking towards them covered in blood. This was the victim of a vicious beating. The victim told the officers that his landlord showed up with 5 other people and beat him with a shovel. The officers called for an ambulance and went to check the crime scene. There they located a witness that confirmed the victims’ statement and the suspect by name. The officers sprang into action by notifying Sgt Miller and broadcasting suspect information and what car he was driving. Sgt Miller responded to the suspects other job in hopes of locating him there, no luck. Numerous Ingleside Units were searching for the suspect and his car. Sgt Miller was able to get a hold of the suspect on his phone and arranged to meet him. The suspect did not show up at the meeting place, instead the suspect showed up at Southern Station where officers Chang and Park placed him and one other suspect with him under arrest. Both suspects were identified by the victim, which was at the hospital now. Both suspects were booked for assault with a deadly weapon. Report number 110057927   "Best Arrest of the Day"

4:25 pm     400 blk Geneva          Battery
Officers Leong and Conceicao were sent to investigate a battery incident that involved several people. The officers located the victim that was being readied for transport to the hospital the victim (MUNI driver) told the officers that he had just finished his shift when he saw a male suspect push a female up against an LRV. The witness said that he yelled at the suspect to stop. The suspect ran up to the victim and  began yelling at him, then a second male suspect joined in. the victim tried to call for help but was now being physically attacked by both suspect. When the suspects heard the police sirens, they fled. Officers were able to round up numerous witnesses that wanted to come forward. Numerous Ingleside units responded to the area, and because of the great description by the initial unit, the suspects were located, identified and arrested. Both suspects were booked at Ingleside Station.  Report number 110058436

5:16 pm     Alpha/Tucker              Cocaine Offense
Officers Hauscarriague and Almaguer were given information by Officer Elmore from the Narcotics division on assignment to the DEA, on a possible location where there was a "Grow House". The officers set up surveillance and were able to get a search warrant based on said. The officers served the warrant and made entry to the location; the owner of the place showed up and was placed under arrest. The officer located large sums of cash, cocaine, marijuana, numerous prescription medications without prescription, hash and a number of other drugs. The suspect was transported to Ingleside station and booked.  Report number 110058793

Police Services Aide Gamble of Southern Station prepared a report regarding a fraud. The victim told the PSA that he contacted his bank to check on the status of a check. The bank representative told him that there were two unauthorized transactions. Report number 110054989
8:30 pm      Campbell/Rutland      Theft from Auto
Police Services Aide Cato prepared a report regarding a theft case. The victim told the PSA that she locked and parked her car only to discover that someone had broken in and removed her makeup. Report number 110058254
9:46 am     1400 blk Sunnydale   Shots fired
Officers Larocca and Martinez were sent to investigate a shots fired call. The officers were assisted by other Ingleside units and discovered that 5 to 6 casings were found in the area. There were only witnesses that heard the shots, none that actually saw. Report number 110056838

4:05 pm      50 Phelan                  Theft/Building
CCSF PD Officer Burlyga was sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officer he had his laptop stolen and wanted to submit the serial number. Report number 110054694

6:50 pm     50 Phelan                 Theft/Building
CCSF PD Officers Bermudez and Ramirez were sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officers that two female suspects between the ages of 18-19 years of age asked a few questions then followed her into the locker room. While the victim took a shower the suspects took her property. Report number 110058840

10:00 pm 100 blk Highland        Assault
Police Services Aide Cato prepared a report regarding an assault incident. The victim told the PSA that a known suspect and her got into an argument. The victim told the PSA that at some point the suspect began using his chest to push the victim around, causing her to hit a dresser and falling. The victim wished to file a report.
