Arrests:

11:25 am       Unit blk Phelan                   Robbery w/ Gun
Officer Muro was dispatched to City College regarding a robbery.  Sgt. Karp and Officers Morgante, Trujillo and Rosiak also responded.  The victim told the officers that he met with the suspect and another man to purchase a vehicle.  The victim picked them up in his car and drove with them to the place the car was supposedly parked at City College.  The second suspect, seated in the back seat, suddenly pointed a handgun at the victim and demanded his money.  The two suspects then went through his pockets while he was driving and took his money.  The victim, then fearing for his safety, pulled into the parking lot and ran from his vehicle into a football game.  One suspect was located and taken into custody by the responding officers.  The second suspect was not located.  Report number 100988611

Officers Fung and Sugitan heard raised voices like someone was fighting and located two subjects who quickly walked away from them.  The officers contacted the suspects who were in possession of a large open beer can.  The officers asked the suspects if they had anything on them and one of the suspects stated that he had marijuana.  The suspect was taken into custody and searched.  He had marijuana and ecstacy pills in his possession.  He was taken to Ingleside Station where he was later booked.  The other suspect was released at the scene.  Report number 100989681

Officers Conceicao and Leong responded to a robbery call and caught the suspect who was attempting to flee on foot.  The officers met with the victim who stated that the suspect attempted to rob him of his carts full of glass bottles at knifepoint.  The officers searched the area and found the discarded knife along the path the suspect had traversed while fleeing.  The victim identified the suspect and the weapon.  The suspect was taken to Ingleside Station where he was later booked for the above and an outstanding warrant.  Report number 100990042

Officer Curry responded to an auto boost call and met with the victim.  The victim told the officer that she left her vehicle unlocked and parked overnight.  She returned to the vehicle in the morning and found that someone had broken out a window and rifled through her car, leaving many items out in the rain, but stealing nothing.  Report number 100988279

02:50 pm       Wabash /San Bruno          Robbery w/Force
Officers Sugitan and Fung responded to a robbery call.  A woman, walking in the rain, was pushed from behind by an unknown suspect, knocking her to the ground.  The suspect pulled the victims purse from over her head and ran away.  The victim suffered bruised knees.  Report number 100989073

05:50 pm       Russia/Dublin                     Robbery w/Gun
A woman walking by herself saw a vehicle that appeared to be following her.  She changed directions and the vehicle pulled up near her.  The driver, an African American male, 16-18 years old, 5’7, 140 lbs, exited the vehicle and pointed a handgun at the victim.  The victim spoke limited English and attempted to plead with the suspect not to harm her.  A second African American male teenager exited the vehicle, said something to her, and grabbed her purse from her.  Both suspects then got back into the car and sped away.  The vehicle was described as a blue Honda sedan.  The victims’ husband, whom she had called just before the robbery, saw the suspects hold up his wife as he ran to her aid.  Report number 100989562

A store security guard took a shoplifting suspect into custody and seated him in the store security office while he contacted the police.  The suspect suddenly ran out of the office and out of the store via a loading door.  The stolen goods were recovered.  Officer Gomez responded and prepared a report.  Report number 100989653
