The next Ingleside Community meeting will be held in the Ingleside Police Station Community room on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 7p.m.  There will be light refreshments available to those who come to the meeting.  All are welcome to attend.

7:00pm       100 Blk Rae                                     Theft
A woman traveled to Ingleside Station to report a car burglary. The victim told Ingleside Officer Zandandel that she entered her car parked in front of her home and found a gym bag missing. Inside the bag were items of clothing, gym equipment, battery pack, glasses, credit card, and work ID. Officer Zandandel entered the information into the department’s crime data base and the next day, as luck would have it, Officer Zandandel spotted the gym bag with a suspect on Mission Street. He was arrested and the victim’s gym bag was returned to her. Report number: 180001794


7:00pm       Unit Blk. Peralta                             Dog Bite
A delivery driver arrived at a home and knocked on the front door. The home’s resident opened the door and her dog ran out and bit one of the driver’s legs. Ingleside Officer Zhao and Fogarty arrived and talked to the dog owner. She admitted her dog bit the victim and after the attack, placed the dog inside a locked room. She said she would quarantine the pet inside the home. Officer Fogarty filled out a SFPD Animal Bite Report, which was attached to the incident report. The dog owner provided a copy of the animal’s vaccination record showing all necessary inoculations current including the rabies vaccine. She was cited at the scene. The victim refused medical attention at the scene. Report number: 171055883
