The next Ingleside Community meeting will be held in the Ingleside Police Station Community room on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 7p.m.  There will be light refreshments available to those who come to the meeting.  All are welcome to attend.

Arrests:

5:17pm       1500 Blk. Sunnydale                         Aggravated Assault
Several reports of shots fired prompted dispatch to send several Ingleside units to investigate. When they arrived they didn’t find any witnesses or victims, but they did find 35 shell casings at or near the intersection. Shortly thereafter, dispatch notified the officers that a victim had been dropped off at San Francisco General Hospital with two gunshot wounds to his leg. Ingleside Officers Lau, Naser, and Foxworth went to the hospital and found the victim was wanted on a no bail $148,000 dollar warrant out of Santa Clara County for grand theft. He was also had a warrant for his arrest for burglary and other crimes out of San Francisco. After his release from the hospital he was arrested for the warrants and transported to the County Jail. 12:17pm     Mansell & John F. Shelley               Arson
Ingleside Officers Anderson and Burke responded to a report of a car on fire in McLaren Park. When they arrived on scene they noticed that SFFD firefighters had already extinguished the blaze on a 10 year old Dodge Nitro. The officers were unable to contact the owner of the vehicle and it was towed to impound. Report number: 170995038


4:20pm       Bosworth & Diamond                      Theft
A woman and her friend were sitting at a bus stop shelter when two men suddenly appeared. One of the men asked the women if they knew what time the bus was arriving. The women responded until one of the men quickly grabbed an IPhone from the hands of one of the victims and ran away east on Bosworth. Ingleside Officer Foxworth responded and searched the area for the suspects without success. Report number: 17099575


9:35pm       Raymond & Bayshore                    Robbery w/Force
A man standing at the corner was suddenly approached by a suspect who punched the victim several times in the face, knocking him to the ground. The suspect then reached into the victim’s pockets and stole cash before fleeing southbound on Bayshore Blvd. Ingleside Officers George and Smith arrived and summoned medical assistance. The victim was transported to Seton Medical Center for treatment. Officers searched the surrounding area for the suspect without success. Report number: 170997169
