8:47am       3300 Blk. Mission                  Aggravated Assault
Ingleside Officers Prieto and Aros were dispatched to investigate a report of an assault. When they arrived, a man wearing a t-shirt, with an “EYEHATEGOD” message on the back, told the officers he was followed down the street by a suspect who didn’t like his message. The victim told the officers the man followed him and finally threw a beer bottle which stuck the victim on the leg. The victim told the officers he wanted to press charges and signed a citizen’s arrest form. The suspect was arrested and taken to Ingleside Station for booking. Report number: 170871466


9:33am       200 Judson                              Sex Offender
A parked mobile home, with registration that expired in 1996 caught the attention of Ingleside Officer Fitzpatrick and Sgt. Kumli. Outside the mobile home was a man with an assortment of tools and bicycle parts strewn on the sidewalk. A stolen motorcycle was also on the sidewalk. A computer check showed the suspect had recent arrests for narcotics. He was also a sex offender who had failed to register in the last thirty days as required by law. A search of his clothing revealed packages of methamphetamine and a pipe to smoke the substance. He was arrested and taken to Ingleside Station for booking. Report number: 170871751


7:00pm       1500 Blk. Sunnydale               Aggravated Assault
A call of “shots fired” prompted dispatch to send Ingleside Officers Wise, Smith, and almost a dozen other Ingleside units to the scene. When they arrived they found several cars and other objects damaged from bullets. They also found several casings in the area. One resident told the officers the incident started over a parking lot dispute. Two women were arguing and several passersby were watching the confrontation. Suddenly, a man appeared, took out a handgun, and started firing the weapon at one of the combatants who ran into her home. The officers interviewed that woman and, while they were talking to her, another woman appeared, carrying a golf club, and she started hitting the first woman. The officers quickly placed the suspect in custody and transferred her to Ingleside Station for booking. Report number: 170873503

5:00am       300 Blk. Brazil                          Arson
A resident called 911 after looking out his window and spotting his neighbors garage door on fire. Ingleside Officers Burke and Anderson arrived soon after San Francisco Fire Department Engine 44 had quickly extinguished the blaze. The officers noticed fire damage to the garage door and door frame. The San Francisco Fire Department Arson Task Force took over the investigation. Report number: 170871262


9:03am       300 Blk. Chicago                      Robbery
Ingleside Officers Leong and Salazar were dispatched to investigate a woman in distress at the corner of Chicago and Cordova. When they arrived the crying victim told the officers that she was just robbed of her purse. She said she was standing on the corner when an unknown man approached from behind and grabbed her purse. The victim struggled to keep her purse as the suspect pushed her to the ground causing several scrapes on her arms. The suspect finally wrestled the purse away and ran to a waiting car which sped away north on Cordova Street. A witness, driving by, noticed the attack and followed the suspect’s vehicle until he lost it near Silver and San Bruno Avenue. Paramedics treated the victim at the scene for her injuries. The loss was the purse, wallet, several credit and debit cards, and identification. The officers canvassed the nearby neighborhood and discovered several homes with security cameras. They requested any footage of the crime be sent to the Station Investigative Team. Report number: 170871626


10:05pm     400 Blk. Trumbull                    Shooting
A woman, at home for the evening, heard a loud noise coming from her bedroom. She told Ingleside Officer Dilag and several other units she went into her bedroom and found several bullet holes in her bedroom wall. Another resident of the home told the officers she heard gunshots coming from Alemany Boulevard. The back of the victim’s home faces Alemany Blvd and the 280 freeway. Report number: 170873973
