Arrests:There are no arrest to report.Serious Incidents:11:00pm 300 Blk Duncan Hot Prowl BurglaryA report of a burglary prompted Officers Prieto and Felix to respond to the 300 block of Duncan Street. Once they arrived the first thing they noticed was that the garage door was partially open and it appeared to be crooked. They then spoke to the victims, two roommates, who said they last saw the garage door closed and secured at 10pm last night. One of the roommates said he woke up around 5am this morning. Suddenly he heard an unusual sound, which caused his dogs to get up from their bed. Neither of the dogs barked. Instead, they looked around and then returned to their beds. Since the roommate did not recognize the sound he continued with his morning routine. He then went outside at 815am and discovered the garage door open and damaged. He quickly notified his roommate and they discovered that both of their bicycles had been stolen. Unfortunately, officers Prieto and Felix searched the neighborhood and were not able to locate any surveillance cameras.
