02:00pm Geneva/Munich Warrant arrest
A
call came in to dispatch of an intoxicated Muni passenger refusing to get off
the bus. Officers Smith and Peralta made their way and spoke to the bus driver
who said the subject was asleep and ignored the driver’s request to exit the
bus. The officers had to wake the subject and obtained his identity. A computer
check showed he had an outstanding $5,000 warrant for his arrest out of San
Mateo County. The officers also located a small baggie of marijuana on his
person, but no medical marijuana card. The subject was ultimately transported
to Ingleside Station where he was booked for the warrant, being under the
influence and possession of marijuana. Report Number: #170625025
