 The next Ingleside Community meeting will be held at the Mission YMCA located at 4080 Mission Street on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 5 p.m. There will be light refreshments available to those who come to the meeting. All are welcome to attend.

A victim walked into Ingleside Station to report a robbery that occurred in the Tenderloin District. The man told Ingleside Officer Washington That he was standing outside a hotel on Ellis Street, talking on his phone, when a woman walked up to him and snatched his phone. She said she would give him his phone back if he gave her $50. Before he could answer, an unknown male accomplice walked up and punched him the mouth forcing him to the ground. He goes back into the hotel and he told the officers he was unable to get assistance. But, an unknown man told him he saw the crime and knew where his phone was. The suspect and the unknown man walked 20 feet toward Polk Street before he was pushed to the ground again by another suspect who took his backpack containing a laptop computer, wallet, credit cards, and cash.
