Street Vandalism
Officers Ocreto and Alioto responded to a report of a
vandalism. When they arrived, the victim
pointed out a vehicle and yelled, “they’re getting away!” The officers
immediately detained the suspect, who was sitting in the car. The victim told the officers that the suspect
had been doing tricks on his skateboard and was using the wall of his residence
to complete some of these tricks. In
turn, the suspect damaged the victim’s property. The victim signed a citizen’s arrest and the
suspect was cited for vandalism. Report
