A man in the park called police telling dispatch that a
motorcyclist was trying to run him over. The victim told Ingleside Officers
Mora and Beltran that he called police after seeing a motorcyclist driving
erratically in John McClaren Park. The motorist, after seeing the victim on the
phone, drove at the man hitting him in the hand. The motorcyclist then picked
up an object, possibly a rock, and threw it at the complainant hitting him in
the back. The unknown man then fled on his motorcycle towards the park’s water
