A report of a collision prompted dispatch to send Ingleside Officers Alioto and Wise to the scene. When they arrived they found a woman standing near her vehicle, but no sign of a collision. The officers questioned the woman and soon discovered that she had been drinking out of several containers of alcohol. A roadside sobriety test proved that she was incapable of performing simple tasks. She was transported to the CHP facility on 8th Street where a breath alcohol test revealed a blood alcohol level eight times the legal limit. She was booked at the County Jail for DUI.
