The officers exited their patrol car and went to the driver’s side of the approaching vehicle and asked the driver for his license, insurance, and registration. While questioning the driver they noticed two open beer cans in the center console and four unopened cans on the passenger seat. The officers asked the driver to exit his vehicle. He complied and they also noticed he had bloodshot eyes, smelled of alcohol, and had difficulty standing. 5:54pm       Geneva/Cayuga                                Robbery

The young man exited the station and boarded a #29 Muni bus going eastbound on Geneva. When it stopped at Cayuga he was exiting the bus through the back door when he was pushed by a couple of the young men he saw at the BART station. The two men, and several colleagues, took the young man’s shoes and ran away toward Alemany Street. Ingleside Officers Hackard and Tweedy, along with several other Ingleside officers searched the surrounding neighborhood and found the suspects at Alemany and Niagara Streets.
