7:00am Velasco &
Santos Robbery w/gun
A man on his way to work was robbed of his possessions by an
unknown suspect. The victim told Ingleside Officers Valenzuela and Rodriquez that
he left his nearby home and stood at the corner of Velasco and Santos waiting
for a MUNI bus. Within five minutes an unknown male approached him and pulled a
semi-automatic gun from his pocket, pointed it at the victim, and asked for
money. The victim handed his wallet to the suspect and begged for him to give
him back the ID he needed for his employment. The suspect complied and handed him back
his ID but kept the $120 cash from the wallet. The suspect asked for the
victim’s cell phone but he didn’t have one. The suspect then put away his gun

8:07pm 50 Phelan Ave. Trespassing/Narcotics
A report of a suspicious person sent Community College Police
Officers Flood and Palacios to the basement of the campus’ Multiuse Building.
When they arrived on scene the officers found a non-student male suspect, who had
been escorted off campus the previous day for screaming and acting belligerent.
He was told the day before not to venture on campus again or he would be booked
for trespassing. The officers placed him in custody and drove him to Ingleside
Station where he was booked for trespassing and for possession of narcotics. In
one of his pockets the officers found a quantity of methamphetamine and a pipe
used to smoke the substance. Report number: 160870547
