The suspect then told the third man, “Give me your money”. The third victim, believing flight was the best response, also ran away however he didn’t get far. The victim slipped and fell on the sidewalk and the suspect went through his pockets and took the victim’s cell phone and charger. But he wasn’t through. The suspect removed a gray semi-automatic pistol and struck the victim in the head ten times with the gun. The suspect then escaped in an unknown direction. However, as he told Ingleside Officers Hoge and Hardy, four occupants exited the car, opened the minivan’s door, and began punching him in the face and torso. They continued punching him until the victim ran off to escape the assault. The suspects then took laundry and the minivan’s keys before getting back in their car and driving away.
