Street Hot Prowl Burglary
A family went to bed at night believing their home was locked
and secured. The man, his wife, and children told Ingleside Officer Chang they
didn’t hear anything suspicious or alarming during the night. When they awoke
the next morning their garage door was open and an IMac laptop, IPad, and sound
amplifier was missing from a downstairs office. The victim told Officer Chang
that no other items were missing from the home. Report number: 160409425

Prowl Burglary
Another family awoke in the morning to find valuables missing
from their home due to a nighttime burglary. The investigation again was
assigned to Ingleside Officer Chang who discovered the burglar entered the
premises after removing a bug screen in front of a partially open ground floor
window. The victims told Officer Chang the burglar stole a backpack containing
a notebook computer as well as a wallet sitting on the kitchen table. Report
