One of the restaurant workers told the pair that the restrooms were for customers only. The female suspect gave the restaurant worker five dollars and ordered an item from the menu then used the bathroom. When she came out she demanded her money back. The worker refused her request. The suspect then said if she didn’t get her money back she would steal the tip jar. The worker removed the tip jar and placed it under the counter and when he looked up the suspect had taken the worker’s cell phone and started walking out the door. The worker followed the suspect out the door and struggled to get his phone back. The struggle became a fight with the worker, and a fellow employee, suffering punches and kicks to the face and body by the suspect and her three male accomplices.
