One of the victims was shot several times in the torso and was driven to San Francisco General Hospital where he remains in critical condition. The other victims told Ingleside Officers Neary, Wong, Macaulay, Franceschi, and Hermosura that they have no idea who the suspects are or why they were targeted. The Department’s investigative unit has been assigned to the case. Report number: 1510640425:55pm Cayuga/Badger RobberyA delivery driver for a medical marijuana service felt uneasy as they pulled up to a customer’s address on Badger Street. The driver saw a suspicious man hiding in a nearby alleyway. The driver decided to abort the delivery and drive away but before he could get too far, the suspicious man jumped in front of his car and pulled out a pistol pointing it at the victim and his passenger. The suspect yelled, “Get out and run”, and the driver and passenger complied running away with the vehicle’s keys. The loss is still being determined. The suspect then told the victim: “Don’t worry. I am not going to hurt you. Don’t scream or yell. Give me your cell phone and bag and stay here until we’ve gone.” The victim complied, and the suspects ran away to Desmond and then South on Desmond Street.
