1:18am       3100 Blk Mission                    Resisting Arrest
A report of an assault at a nearby club sent Ingleside Officers Hoge and Wells to investigate. When the officers arrived they found a man ready to fight the owner of the club and another man, the victim of the assault, sitting on the sidewalk against a wall. The owner of the club pointed out the suspect who was standing on the sidewalk in a combative stance, arms raised and hands balled into a fist. The officers asked the man to sit down several times so they could talk to him but he refused. The officers were required to use force to place the suspect on the ground and into handcuffs.
