After having looked at the surveillance video that day, he spotted the suspect day’s later and called police. Ingleside Officers Hart & Thompson responded. Upon arrival, the victim pointed out the suspect and told the officers what had occurred days before. Upon speaking with the suspect, he admitted to stealing victims backpack. Inside the officers found an IPod belonging to the victim as well. During the investigation, the suspect also admitted to having sold the other numerous items that were in the backpack. He was transported to Ingleside station to be properly identified. The victim signed a citizen’s arrest form. The suspect was ultimately cited for the above crime and released. Report Number: 150622063Serious Incidents:2:05am Foerster/Teresita RobberyA teenager walking from a party back to his parked car was accosted, assaulted, and robbed of his valuables. The victim told Ingleside Officers McMilton & Billings that two suspects approached him and demanded his phone, watch, and sunglasses. After the victim surrendered his property, the suspects punched him several times in the ribs and stomach before running away to a waiting vehicle which drove away.
