Phelan Avenue. As they arrived they met with officer Mora and City College
Police who had the subject already in custody. They spoke to several students
and a teacher, who said while class was in session the subject walked into the
class and put a box with an image of a gun on a chair for students to see.
Several students including the teacher became concerned and immediately rushed
out of the classroom and called the police. The officers searched the subject
and his belongings and found an airsoft gun inside the box. The officers seized
