Blk Brookdale Firearm
Violation
An argument between two sisters resulted in one of them
being arrested for a firearm violation. The incident began when Ingleside Offices
Franceschi and Lee responded to a report of a woman screaming for help. When
they arrived they found three women in the home, two of whom were sisters who
were involved in a verbal altercation. One of the sisters said the argument
began over the family’s pit bull that was defecating in the house. The argument
escalated until one of the sisters retrieved a loaded .45cal. pistol from her
bedroom and waived it at the other sister. The officers retrieved the pistol
and ran a record check on both sisters. The one who possessed the gun was a
convicted felon and had a warrant for her arrest out of Alameda County. The gun
was reported stolen in Arizona 10 years ago. The suspect was taken to Ingleside
