A man walking down Whipple, crossing Ellington, noticed two men on the opposite corner. He kept walking and suddenly both men ran up behind him with one of them putting a gun to his chest. The other man rifled through his pockets and removed his cell phone and several envelopes containing cash. He told Ingleside Officers Siracusa and Macaulay that the suspects never said anything to him before they escaped running southbound on Ellington Street. Report number: 150191068
