7:35am 50 Phelan Robbery
SFCCPD Officer Ngoi was dispatched to the victim of a robbery. The victim told him that she was talking on her cellular phone near the library when someone approached her from behind and forcefully pulled her hair and through her to the ground. The suspect then grabbed her cellular phone and fled the area. The victim was not injured and did not say if she could recognize the suspect. Officers searched the campus for the suspect to no avail. 6:11pm Persia/Madrid Robbery
Officer Tam was sent to assist the victim of a robbery. The victim told him that she was on the MUNI bus and was holding her cellular phone in her hand. She said the bus came to a stop and a suspect forcefully grabbed the phone from her hand and exited the bus. The victim was not injured and said she might be able to identify the suspect if she saw him again. The officers searched the area for the suspect but were unable to locate him. They contacted MUNI and ordered a copy of the surveillance video. Report Number 121028062
