Arrests:

5:46pm       3100 Blk Mission          Robbery
Officer Castillo and several other Ingleside officers responded to a robbery with a gun at a business.  They met with the victim who was a Cantonese speaker and Officer Fung assisted in the interview.  The victim told the officers that two males entered the store, ordered a drink and as she went to make the drink, one of them came around the counter, pointed a gun at her and began emptying the register.  The suspects then grabbed her and another employee and attempted to put them in the freezer.  The victim pleaded they not put them in the freezer and the suspects put them in a back room.  The suspects took a large amount of money and several cellular phones.  They then left the area.

The victims provided a detailed description of the suspects as officers canvassed the area. They were not injured and refused medical assistance.  While conducting the interview, Inspector Maguire contacted the officers to say he had two possible suspects detained on Market Street. The victims were transported to the area where they positively identified both suspects as the ones who had robbed the store.  Both were taken into custody.  An arrest search located a white crystal substance in one of their pockets which later tested positive for methamphetamine.  Also recovered were several cellular phones believed those to have been taken from the store.  A record check revealed one of the suspects was on active parole.  Both suspects were transported to Southern Police Station where they were booked at the instruction of Sgt. Lozada.

Several officers returned with the victims to their business.  Video surveillance footage was retrieved from two businesses in the area showing the suspects entering the store and using a firearm to steal the money.  Pictures were taken of the store and surrounding area for evidence.  These items were booked at Ingleside Station.  Report number 120744114

8:06pm       1500 Blk Geneva          Resisting
Officers Seavey and Padilla were sent to assist a reportee regarding a trespasser.  When they arrived they located a known suspect who they have had several prior contacts for trespass at the same address.  They attempted to escort the male out of the home and he began resisting and pushing the officers.  After a short struggle the suspect was able to be apprehended and cited for resisting.  Neither the suspect nor the officers were injured.  Report number 120744738
