8:50am       50 Phelan                      Theft
SFCCPD Officer Sanchez was on patrol and dispatched to a theft.  The victim told him that he locked and secured several items in a locker and when he returned found the items missing.  He was unable to provide any suspect or witness information.  Report number 120665219

12:00pm     200 blk Lisbon              Fraud
Officers Morgante and Lee were working station duty when a victim of a fraud came in to advise that he was informed by the IRS that someone was using his social security number.  He was told to file a police report and was given identity theft information.  Report number 120668542

1:30pm       200 blk Seneca              Burglary
Officers Pubill and Marino were sent to investigate a burglary.  They met with the victim who told them that he locked and secured the home and when he returned found a lock had been pried open and a window broken.  Several items had been taken and the home had been ransacked.  CSI was contacted and the victim was provided with an additional loss form.  Report number 120665673

1:30pm       1600 blk Sunnydale     Burglary
Officers Trail and Peregoy were on patrol in the Sunnydale Housing Projects when they were sent to a burglary. The victim said that she locked and secured her home and later found the rear door unlocked and items missing. The officers took pictures of the home and any damage and booked them into evidence.  CSI was contacted and the victim advised that they would respond to process the scene.  Report number 120666524

8:05pm       Bosworth/Elk                Robbery
Officer Almaguer was sent to meet with the victim of a robbery.  The victim told him that he was leaving the BART station when two males were standing near a doorway in the direction he was walking.  He passed the males and later noticed they began following him.  One of the males walked in front of him, pointed a handgun at him and told him to give him “everything you got.”  The victim emptied his pockets and handed his belongings to the suspect and both fled the area down Bosworth.  The victim was not injured and refused medical assistance.  Several units canvassed the area unsuccessfully for the suspects.  Report number 120670202
