Officers Sanchez and Curry responded to a report of a suspect breaking windows. The officers made contact with the suspect. A witness positively identified him as the person who broke the window to her business. The suspect was cited for vandalism. Report 110763384
6:30am 3300 Blk Mission St Gambling
Sgt. Miller responded with several officers regarding vandalism. The officers entered the building and discovered several gaming machines used for gambling. The suspect admitted to running a gambling operation. She was cited. Report 110763378
1:51pm 3300 Blk Mission St Theft
Officers Chew and Lim were dispatched to a report of shoplifting. The suspect had entered a business and concealed several items in her purse. The suspect left the business making no attempt to pay for the items. The suspect was cited for shoplifting and the items were recovered. Report 110764633

Officers Shugars and Paras responded to a report of theft. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence but several items were missing. Report 110765227
1:00pm 900 Blk Somerset St Burglary
Officers Sugitan and Fung were dispatched to a report of a burglary. The victim returned to her home and found that a suspect had forced open her front gate. A second victim had been home but did not hear anyone open the gate. Nothing was taken from the residence. Report 110764398

Officer Goldsborough responded to a report of a counterfeit bill. The victim received what appeared to a fake $5.00 bill as change from a business. Report 110764172

Officers Otaguro and Baldovino took a report regarding graffiti. The victim returned home to find that there was graffiti on her front window. Report 110766065
6:00pm Madrid & Brazil St Theft
PSA Flynn took a report regarding theft from a vehicle. The victim parked his vehicle and secured it. When the victim returned, he discovered a window had been smashed. Several items were stolen. Report 110765023

Officers Johnson and Barajas responded to a report of gun shots. The officers located a victim who suffered from multiple gunshots. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by paramedics. Report 110765619
