Arrests:

7:45pm      700 Blk Moscow        DUI
Officers Habib and Pereira were dispatched to a vehicle accident.  They made contact with a male at the scene who displayed symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol.  The suspect was being treated by an ambulance but had no visible injuries or complaint of pain.  The officers noticed the suspect had blood shot eyes, his speech was slurred and he had a strong smell of alcohol on his breath.  The suspect told the officers he did not know what had happened and admitting he was driving the vehicle and just trying to get home.  The officers requested the suspect submit to field sobriety tests and he refused.  The officers observed the suspect to be unsteady on his feet and stumbling.

The officers met with the victim of the damaged vehicle which the suspect had hit and he told them that he heard a large “bang”, looked out of his window and noticed damage to his vehicle.  He then noticed the male who was driving the vehicle who hit his car exit the vehicle stumbling on his feet.  The witnessed told the officers he wished to sign a citizen’s arrest against the suspect who he positively identified as the male who had hit his car. 

The officers transported the suspect to Mission Station where he was unable to complete a breath test.  The officers then requested a phlebotomist respond to Mission Station to administer a blood draw.  At the instruction of Sgt. Riskin the suspect was booked for driving under the influence.  A record check revealed the suspect was driving on a suspended license and had an active warrant.  The suspect was booked for these charges as well.  Report Number 110783893

Officer Pai responded to the call of a theft.  He met with the victim who stated he had been advised by one of the tenants that he observed a hose connected to one of their water valves in the car port.  The victim said that his last water bill was hundreds of dollars in excess and that the hose attached did not belong to his building.  The officer took pictures of the scene which he booked into evidence at Ingleside station.  The victim was unable to provide any further information and was provided with follow up information.  Report Number 110781449

05:35am    500 Blk Lisbon           Hot Prowl
Sgt. Miller and various other Ingleside units responded to a burglary-hot prowl which had just occurred.  The victim advised he was sleeping downstairs when his dog began barking.  The victim opened the door which leads into his basement area and noticed a suspect running out of the basement.  He then noticed various items were missing and a bicycle had been left which did not belong to him.  The victim said he noticed his garage door opener was on the floor which he stated was in his truck and believed this is how the suspect entered the premises.  The officers could find no other sign of forced entry and the victim stated he could not recognize the suspect if he saw him again.  The officers transported the bicycle to Ingleside station and contact SFPD Crime Scene Investigations unit who stated they would respond to process the bicycle for any evidence.  The officers took pictures of the scene and the bicycle and booked them into evidence.  Report Number 110781201

07:15am    Unit Blk Brookdale    Hot Prowl
Officers Muro and Larocca responded to assist other Ingleside units on a possible burglary in progress.  Upon arrival they spoke with the victim who stated she was upstairs sleeping when she heard and unknown suspect open her bedroom door.  Victim got up and grabbed her cellular phone and the suspect said, “Don’t call nobody.”  The suspect then grabbed her cellular phone, threw it across the room and threw her back onto her bed.  The victim said she began screaming for another tenant who was in another room and the suspect then became agitated, ran back down the stairs and exited the home through the rear door.  The victim stated that she did not believe anything was missing from the home and could recognize the suspect if she saw him again. 

The officers could find no sign of forced entry and determined that an upstairs window which was open was how the suspect entered the premises.  The officers contact SFPD Crime Scene Investigations Unit who advised they would be responding to process the scene.  Report Number 110781267

Officer Araujo was on station duty when a victim came to report a disturbance.  She told the officer that she was picking up her aunt and was parked in front of the home when a known suspect who they have had encounters with in the past came up to the car, started banging on it and yelling, “You can’t park here.”  There was no physical contact made but the victim stated she wanted the incident documented because she believes the suspect might be mentally unstable.  The officers later responded to the address in an attempt to make an assessment of the suspect but there was no answer to the door.  Report Number 110778612

Officer Morgante was dispatched to the call of a battery on a MUNI bus.  Victim advised that he was riding on the bus when an unknown suspect came up to him and hit him on top of his head with his hand.  Victim was not injured and refused medical assistance.  Neither he nor the bus driver said they would be able to identify the victim.  He was provided with follow up information and Officer Morgante ordered a copy of the surveillance camera video from MUNI dispatch.  Report Number 110781922

A victim responded to Ingleside station and told PSA Cato he parked and secured his vehicle and when he returned found a window smashed and various items missing.  He was unable to provide the PSA with any further information and wanted the incident documented for insurance purposes.  PSA Cato processed the vehicle for any fingerprint evidence with negative results.  Report Number110783069

5:41pm      Mission/Eugenia        Narcotics
Officers Murphy and Pedersen were dispatched to the call of a woman who was being intimidating by various males.  Upon their arrival they spoke with her and she stated that a group of males had been giving her strange looks while standing on the corner and felt intimidated.  The officers were unable to locate the individuals but the victim gave a description of them and escorted the victim to an area where she felt safe.  They met with a witness who confirmed that there were several males on the corner bothering the girl.  The officers searched the area and detained a male who matched the description given.  A record check revealed he was on active probation and a search of his person located a glass pipe known to the officers to be used for Methamphetamine inhalation.  The officers contacted the assigned probation officer who instructed them to cite and release the suspect.

Officer Preston was dispatched to the scene of an accident involving a truck and a MUNI light rail vehicle.  A record check of the male who had been driving the truck revealed he was driving on an expired license, his registration was expired and he had no insurance.  Additionally, the suspect had an active warrant.  He was arrested and booked for the violations.  Report Number 110779046

Officers Abucay and Tam were dispatched to the call of a fight.  Upon arrival they made contact with the reportee who stated the individual she was arguing with was sitting in his car in front of the home.  The officers made contact with the male and a record check revealed he had an outstanding warrant.  He was taken into custody without incident and booked for the warrant.  Report Number 110672525

11:14pm   400 Blk Anderson      DUI
Officers Burke and Chan were on patrol when they observed a vehicle with severe front end damage and a broken windshield on Cortland.  They affected a traffic stop and identified the driver by his California Driver’s License.  The driver displayed signs of being under the influence of possible alcohol or drugs and admitted to having been drinking.  The officers placed him under arrest and radioed into dispatch if anyone had reported any possible accidents or hit and runs due to the amount of damage to the vehicle the suspect was driving.  A positive result returned for a recent accident which had occurred outside of the district.  The victims of that accident (which was a hit and run) were brought to the scene where the individual was detained and they positively identified him as the driver of the vehicle who had hit them.  The driver of the vehicle voluntarily submitted to various field sobriety tests and he failed to complete them properly.  He was transported to Mission Station where the officers administered a breath test.  The results of their observations and the symptoms the suspect displayed of being intoxicated, as well as the failure to pass the sobriety tests determined the suspect to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to safely operate a motor vehicle.  He was booked for the violations.  Report Number 110780689

11:30pm   600 Blk Monterey      Agg. Assault
Officers Lozano and Ma responded to the call of a stabbing.  Various other Ingleside units respond to assist.  They spoke with a witness who stated he was waiting for the bus when he heard a female screaming for help.  The witness said he saw two males fighting and that one was on top of the other one stabbing him with an unidentified object.  The witness stated the suspects boarded a black vehicle and provided the officers with a description and possible license plate number.  Several officers canvassed the area.  Officers Chan and Nibungco detained a male in the general area who fit the description of the suspect.  The suspect admitted that he was carrying a knife and one of the officers seized the knife using latex gloves.  The knife appeared to have blood stains on it and the suspect stated that he had been attacked and was defending himself in an altercation he had recently been involved in. 

A call was dispatched to the officers where the victim was and the caller advised the victim was bleeding from the head.  An ambulance was summoned and the officers responded to the address provided.  The victim was transported to the hospital with stab wounds to the neck and back.  The officers set up a crime scene and seized the clothing of the victim before he was transported

Sgt. Turner and other officers responded back to the area where the suspect was detained with the witness.  The witness positively identified the detained suspect as the individual who had stabbed the victim.  Two other witnesses also came forward and were able to identify the suspect who was then taken into custody.  The officers were able to view video surveillance from one of the stores nearby and they observed the suspect in the altercation with the victim.   The officers were provided with a copy of the video surveillance. 

The suspect was transported back to Ingleside station where his clothing was removed as evidence and he was given a property receipt.  The officers booked the suspect into custody.  They booked into evidence various statements from the witnesses, the audio disk, the property receipts and crime scene log.  Report Number 110777642

Officers Seavey and Padilla responded to a carjacking.  The victim advised that he was at a friend’s house in an unknown location where (possibly the Sunnydale projects) he went in his friend’s home to use the restroom.  The victim said that when he returned to his vehicle a group of approximately 5 males approached him and began demanding he given them things.  Suddenly, and without provocation, the victim said he was then punched in his left eye and nose with what he believed was the butt of a pistol.  Victim said he did not lose consciousness but when he finally realized what was happening he saw his vehicle drive off and noticed various items missing from his person.  The officers were unable to notice any visible injuries or swelling to the victim’s face, and although he complained of pain he refused medical assistance.  The victim said he did not call the police right away but looked around the area for any signs of his vehicle.  He flagged down a taxi driver who allowed the victim to use his phone to call the police for help.  The victim said he did not get a good look at the suspects, does not know who they are and could not identify them if he saw them again.  The officers searched the area with the victim unsuccessfully for the vehicle and the suspects.  They took a stolen vehicle report and provided the victim with follow up information.  Report Number 110780930

Officer Padilla responded to the call of a robbery.  He met with victim who was crying and observed visible injuries to her facial area.  The officer immediately summoned an ambulance to assist her.  The victim told the officer that she was walking on

when she felt she was being followed.  She turned and noticed a male behind her so she began to walk faster.  The victim said she was then grabbed from behind and pushed to the ground.  The suspect then took the victim’s purse and boarded a vehicle which fled away at a high rate of speed on
Mission Street
.  The victim then called the police.  The victim said she did not get a good look at the suspect and could not recognize him if she saw him again.  The officers responded to a nearby grocery store where they viewed its surveillance video but were unable to see the assault on the tape.  The officers took photos of the victim which they booked into evidence at Ingleside station.  Officers canvassed the area unsuccessfully for any sign of a vehicle matching the description or the suspects.  The victim was transported to the hospital for further medical clearance.  Report Number 110781148

Officers Johnson and Bernard were dispatched to the call of a vandalism.  They met with victim who stated that she locked and secured her vehicle and when she returned found various windows shattered.  She was unable to provide any further information and did not see anyone vandalize her vehicle.  Report Number 110778123

CPSAs Der and Navarro responded to a burglary.  They met with victim who said he locked and secured the property and this morning received a call from his alarm company regarding the alarm being activated.  He responded to the premise and noticed pad lock pieces on the ground and that the chain link and locks were missing.  The victim stated that no entry was made to the premise and there was nothing missing.  The CPSAs took pictures of the scene which they booked into evidence at Ingleside station.  They processed the scene for any fingerprint evidence but it returned with negative results.  Report Number 110777937

A victim responded to Ingleside station and told PSA Zabarte that he had been receiving threatening phone calls from a person who had hired him to do some work.  The victim explained that he had told the suspect he would be returning his money as soon as he had the opportunity but the suspect continued calling and the victim felt threatened.  Victim said he wanted the incident documented should anything further occur.  Report Number 110779256

CPSAs Navarro and Der responded to a burglary.  They met with the victim who explained that he locked and secured his home and when he returned found the rear doors to the home open and various items missing.  The CPSAs determined the rear doors to be the area where the suspect entered as they were unable to find any other evidence of forced entry.  CPSA Der processed the scene for latent prints and took photos which were booked into evidence at Ingleside station.  Report Number 110779212

CPSAs Navarro, Der and Lee responded to a burglary.  They met with several victims who stated the premises had been left secure.  They returned this morning and found several cabinets had been pried open and several items taken.  The officers were unable to locate any sign of forced entry and the victims advised that several people, including the janitors have access and keys to the premises.  The CPSAs processed the areas the suspect may have touched for latent fingerprints which returned with negative results.  They took photos of the damaged cabinets which they booked into evidence at Ingleside station.  Report Number 110776086

CPSAs Der, Lee and Navarro were dispatched to the vandalism of a vehicle.  They spoke with victim who told them that he parked and secured his vehicle and when he returned found his tires had been slashed but no entry had been made to the vehicle.  The CPSAs took pictures of the vehicle which they booked into evidence at Ingleside station.  They provided the victim with follow up information.

Officers Habib and Dilag responded to a strong arm robbery.  They located the victim who was bleeding from the head area and immediately summoned and ambulance to render to his aid.  The victim was a Spanish speaker and Officer Anderson responded to assist in the translation.  The victim stated that he was walking on Lisbon when three suspects approached him and surrounded him.  The victim said he was afraid and one of the suspects demanded money from him in Spanish.  When the victim said he didn’t have any money he was hit in the head with a stick.  He fell to the ground and the suspects grabbed some jewelry from his person as well as several other items.  The suspects then fled down Lisbon. The victim gave a vague description of the suspects and stated he could not identify them if he saw them again.  The officers took pictures of the victim’s injuries which they booked into evidence at Ingleside station.  They searched the area unsuccessfully for the suspects.  The victim was transported to the hospital for further medical evaluation. Officers Jones and Benavides were on patrol when they were dispatched to a possible hot prowl burglary.  Victim advised that she was standing in her home when an unknown male came to her front door and began ringing the doorbell.  Victim looked through the surveillance cameras and did not recognize him so she did not open the door.  The suspect then went downstairs and began knocking on another door.  The suspect then left.  Shortly thereafter, the same suspect returned, continued knocking on doors and began breaking things.  Victim then called the police.  The officers observed damage to the exterior metal gate to the lower door as they searched the area.  They were able to view the surveillance video where they were able to see the suspect ride away on a bicycle which victim said belonged to her husband.  Victim then recognized the suspect as an acquaintance of someone who was working on the property.  The officers took pictures of the damages and advised her that SFPD Crime Investigations Unit would be responding to process the scene.  Report Number 110774585

Officers Nibunco and Chan were dispatched to the call of a dog bite.  They met with victim who advised that she was exiting her garage door when her neighbor’s dog attacked her and bit her on the right foot area.  She immediately went to the hospital and was treated for the injury.  The officers observed that the wound the victim suffered had already been bandaged and treated so they did not take pictures.  They made contact with the owner of the dog who admitted that he opened his garage door suddenly and his dog ran out and bit his neighbor.  The officer’s cited the owner of the and gave him instructions as to how to follow up with the citation.  Report Number 110776804

SFCCPD Officer Chang was on foot patrol when he noticed a strong smell of marijuana where a group of men were sitting.  The officer detained the gentlemen and they consented to a search.  The officer found a small amount of marijuana on one of the gentleman and a record check revealed an unextraditable warrant.  The officer admonished the gentleman and released him.  A search of the other male revealed a knife in his backpack and a record check was clear for any wants.  The suspect was transported to the SFCCPD substation where he was booked for possession of weapons on school grounds.  Report Number 110776274

4:34pm      4200 Blk Mission       Narcotics
Officers Hurwitz, Daggett and other Ingleside officers conducted a search of a home known for narcotics trafficking.  One of the suspects who they believed to be trafficking the drugs was already in police custody.  In the garage area of the home they located digital scales and glass smoking pipes.  Inside various boxes they located clear plastic bags containing a white crystal substance, believed by the officers to be Methamphetamine.  In one of the bedrooms of the home they located bullets of various sizes, gun magazines and a handgun.  In another area of the house they located additional plastic bags containing a white substance and various unused clear plastic bags.   Officer Rueca took pictures of the scene and the items seized which he booked into evidence at Ingleside station.

While conducting the search, a female resident arrived home and she was detained and transported to Ingleside station pending further investigation.  The officers read the suspect her Miranda rights and she stated she understood her rights and spoke to the officers.  She stated she knew nothing about the drugs and handgun which the officers had seized.  She believed the items belonged to the suspect who was already in custody.  She was released at the instruction of Sgt. Lozada.

Officer Daggett performed a presumptive test on the white substance which returned positive for Methamphetamine.  The officers booked all the seized items into evidence.  Additional charges were added to the suspect who was already in custody.  Report Number 110776779

A victim responded to Ingleside station and told Officer Turner that she was checking her bank statements and noticed various charges she did not authorize.  She contacted her bank who requested that she file a police report.  She was unable to provide any further information and was given follow up information.  Report Number 110776064

Officers Hui and Trujillo responded to a call of a burglary.  They met with victim who advised she was upstairs in her home when she heard some large thumps on her front door.  She looked downstairs and saw the front door was slightly ajar.  She called the police and the officers noticed the front door’s dead bolt had been pulled from the front door.  The victim stated she did not believe entry had been made nor was anything missing.  Officers provided the victim with follow up information.  Report Number 110775232

Officers Phillips and Hopkins were dispatched to a burglary.  They met with victim who advised that she left and secured her premise but believes she might have failed to leave a window completely shut.  She returned to her home and found several items missing.  Officers observed a window in the bathroom opened as they were unable to locate any sign of forced entry.  The victim was unable to provide any further information and was given follow up information.  Report Number 110775884

SFCCPD Officer Wong met with a victim who stated he had fallen asleep on one of the lawn areas with his backpack at his side.  The victim stated he woke up and found that his backpack was missing.  The victim was unable to provide any suspect information and there were no witnesses.  Report Number 110776393

Arrests:

7:28am      Unit Blk Coleridge     Battery
Officer Giannini and various other Ingleside units responded to the call of a battery.  Dispatch gave a description of a male suspect and Sgt. Escobar detained a male matching the description.  Officer Giannini met with the victim who advised that she was taking out her garbage when a male approached her and startled her.  She told the person to move away from her and the male suddenly slapped her across the face and hit her in the shoulder.  Victim stated she was not injured, did not know the suspect and refused medical assistance.  Officer Giannini advised that Sgt. Escobar had a suspect matching the description given and the victim agreed to go with the officer to see if she could identify the suspect.  The victim was transported to the area where the suspect was detained where she positively identified the individual as the person who had battered her.  The suspect was transported to the hospital due to his demeanor and the fact that he struggled with the officers although he had no complaint of pain.  At the direction of Sgt. Escobar he was cited for the battery.

Officers Nigunco and Chan were dispatched to a threats call.  They made contact with victim who advised that she was at home when she heard someone banging on her garage door.  She looked out of her window and noticed three males in dark clothing and asked them why they were banging on the door.  The males began screaming profanities at her and victim said she recognized one of the as her neighbor.  The neighbor screamed at the victim telling her to open the door because he had forgotten his keys.  Before she was able to respond the suspect began screaming repeatedly that he was going to “kill her and her boyfriend.”  The suspect then began throwing rocks and beer cans at her window.  The suspect was able to enter the building and began banging on her door and continued yelling in a threatening manner.  Victim was scared and called the police.  When the officers arrived she asked if they would stand by while she packed a bag because she was afraid to stay in her apartment.  The officers did so and escorted her outside of the building. 

A few minutes later the officers located a suspect who matched the description the victim had provided and detained him.  The victim had given the officers his name and the suspect detained admitted to the officers that that was his name.  They made contact with the victim and advised her that they had detained the suspect and she asked that they arrest him because she wanted to press charges.  The victim was granted an Emergency Protective Order and the suspect was booked for the threats at Ingleside Police Station.  Report Number 110774325

9:36pm      4200 Blk Mission       Narcotics
Officers Hurwitz and Daggett were searching for a known suspect regarding narcotics for sale and possible gun possession.  Sgt. Lozada and various other Ingleside units assisted in the search.  Sgt. Lozada observed the wanted suspect driving in the area and was advised by Officer Hurwitz that a computer check revealed he had a suspended license.  The officers affected a traffic stop after they observed the suspect perform an illegal turn.  At Sgt. Lozada’s direction the vehicle was driven back to Ingleside station while the male suspect was taken into custody and transported to the station pending further investigation.  An arrest search revealed a small pouched containing two small plastic bags with a white crystal substance, believed to be Methamphetamine.  Officer Daggett performed a presumptive test on the substance which returned positive for Methamphetamine.  The suspect was read his Miranda rights and agreed to speak with the officers.  He admitted that the narcotics were his and he knew that he had been driving on a suspended license.  He was therefore booked for the above charges without incident.  Report Number 110774701

CPSAs Navarro, Der and Lee responded to the call of a vandalism.  The victim advised that she had parked her vehicle and left it unlocked because it was street cleaning day on her block.  She was later notified by a friend that a known suspect had thrown an object at the vehicle and slashed three of the tires.  They called the suspect who admitted that he had damaged the vehicle because he was feeling “disrespected.”  Victim stated the incident had occurred a few days ago and had been too busy to make a report earlier.  She was uncertain where the suspect could be located and had already replaced the tires on her vehicle.  She was provided with follow up information.  Report Number 110773220

Officer Lundy responded to the call of a battery.  When he arrived the victim was being treated by the paramedics and had suffered various cuts and bruises to the facial area.  The victim spoke minimal English and Officer Contreras was able to translate for Officer Lundy.  The victim was belligerent and combative and extremely intoxicated.  The only thing Officer Contreras was able to understand was that the victim had been beaten up by various males who did not know and probably could not recognize.  The victim was given follow up information and transported to the hospital for medical clearance.  Report Number 110774892

Officers Apodaca and Gabriel, as well as various other Ingleside units were dispatched to a possible hot prowl.  The officers did a protective sweep of the premises which was negative for any suspect.  They met with the victim who advised that she was in her bedroom sleeping when she was awakened by someone who had opened her bedroom door.  The suspect turned on the light and had a stick in his hand and told the victim not to move.  The victim hid under her blanket and called the police.  When she looked up again the suspect was gone.  Victim did not get a good look at the suspect and said she probably could not identify him.  She stated that she resides in the home with her son who was not home at the time.  The victim said she was not injured and refused medical treatment.  The officers searched the home and found damage to the front door which appeared to have been pried open.  They found no other signs of forced entry.  They determined the front door area to be where the suspect had entered and took pictures of the damages which they booked into evidence at Ingleside station.  Officers searched the area for the suspect with negative results.  Report Number 110772363

Officers Lim and Chew responded to the call of a suspicious device.  The reportee said she was in her garden when she noticed what appeared to be a hand grenade.  The officers located the object, set up a perimeter and evacuated the adjoining homes.  At Sgt. Escobar’s instruction the SFPD Bomb Squad Unit was requested and they responded and took custody of the device.  Report Number 110772921

Officer Sanchez and various other Ingleside units responded to the call of a theft from a person.  She met with the victim who advised that he arrived home and found his a known suspect and a few friends sleeping in the living room.  The victim stated his sister lived with him and she had given them permission to spend the night there.  The victim noticed a wallet that he claimed had been missing for several months near one of individuals.  He confronted the known suspect, took his cellular phone and told him that he was not going to return his cellular phone until the suspect returned his walled.  The suspect grabbed a knife and began threatening the victim and demanding his cellular phone back.  Another individual who resides in the home took the knife away and the suspect jumped on the victim, punched him repeatedly and left the area.  The victim had visible bruising and cuts and the officers immediately summoned an ambulance to treat him.  Officers searched the area for the suspect but were unable to locate him.  Report Number 110773333

Officers Hurwitz and Daggett met at Ingleside Police Station with the owners of an apartment home regarding suspicious activity.  They stated that they were clearing out the garage when they located several bags of a white substance, as well as several empty plastic bags, which they showed the officers who suspect it to be methamphetamine.  The officers responded to the address with the owners and located a glass smoking pipe and a gun, all which were in plain view.  The owners advised that there was only one other individual who shared the garage with them and this individual was known to the officers from prior contacts.  A few minutes later Sgt. Lozada observed the individual driving and affected a traffic stop knowing that the individual was driving on a suspended license.  The individual was transported to Ingleside station where he was mirandized and questioned regarding the items discovered.  He denied all the accusations and was released from the station.  The vehicle was towed to auto return.  Report Number 110774290

Victim responded to Ingleside station and told PSA Cato that he had locked and secured his vehicle and when he returned found a window smashed and various items missing.  PSA Cato fingerprinted the vehicle for any evidence but the results were negative.  The victim was unable to provide any further information regarding the theft.  Report Number  110773559

7:49pm      200 Blk 28th St.         Robbery
Officers Paris and Shugars were on patrol when they were dispatched to a robbery.  Victim advised that he was standing in front of his home when someone approached him from behind and told him to give him his cellular phone.  The victim refused to do so and the suspect displayed a knife and told him he saw him using his phone.  The victim was afraid and handed the cellular phone to the suspect who fled on foot on 28th Street.  The officers broadcast a description of the suspect and units responded to the area to search for him.  The victim said he was not injured, refused medical assistance and stated he did not believe he would be able to identify the suspect if he saw him again.  The officer’s search of the area for the suspect was unsuccessful.  Report Number 110774284

A victim responded to Ingleside station and told Officer Coles that he parked and secured his vehicle and when he returned found a window smashed and several items missing.  Victim had already repaired the vehicle and requested a report number for insurance purposes.  He was unable to provide any further information.  Report Number 110773331

Officers Ferronato and Anderson were dispatched to a robbery.  They met with victim who told them she was walking on Eugenia when an unknown male ran towards her.  The suspect grabbed the victim’s shirt and told her to give her his wallet.  The victim began to scream and the suspect put his hand in his pocket to simulate he had a gun.  The victim told him not to play like he had a gun and the suspect followed her for a block then walked away.  The victim stated she was not injured and refused medical assistance.  She said she did not know the suspect but believes she could identify him if she saw him again.  The officers searched the area unsuccessfully for the suspect.  Report Number 110774751
