Officers Ocreto and Aslam were sent to investigate a battery report. the victim told the officers that a group of subjects were harassing him and that when he decided to detain him while the police arrived, he was pushed. The suspect t was arrested and then cited and released. Report number 110266106
3:50 pm 3300 blk Mission Theft
Officer Preston was sent to investigate a theft case. The reportee told the officer that he was working in the store when he noticed the suspect walk to the meat department. The reportee told the officer that he watched as the suspect grabbed 3 packs of ribs. The suspect walked out the store and did not pay. The reportee stopped the suspect and called police. Officer Preston conducted a computer check and found that the suspect had two prior convictions; this made him eligible for a felony arrest. The suspect was arrested and booked at Ingleside station. 5:40 pm 3300 blk Mission Robbery
Officer Wilson was sent to investigate a robbery case. The reportee told the officer that he was watching the suspect and saw him put several objects down the front of his pants health products. The suspect then walked out the front door without paying. The reportee was able to detain the suspect and call police. The officer took custody of the suspect and conducted a computer check. The check revealed a warrant for the exact same thing he was being arrested for now. Report number 110263328
6:13 pm Unit blk Gloria Drug Arrest
Sgt Lozada was on patrol when he observed a vehicle with expired registration. The Sgt effected a traffic stop on the vehicle. When the Sgt walked up to the driver side winnow he could smell marijuana. Other Ingleside officers arrived to assist. The suspect told the officers that there was weed in the trunk, but that he did not know it was there. The suspect was arrested and booked on the possession charge. Report number 110263453

Officers Muro and Campion-Healy were sent to investigate a theft incident. The victim told the officers that a known suspect walked up to her while she was doing some work on her laptop. The victim got up to get what the suspect had asked her for. When the victim came back the suspect and the laptop were gone. Report number 110265023
12:00 am 200 blk Hearst Fraud
Police Services Aide Heckenberg-Tognozzi prepared a report regarding a fraud. The victim told the PSA that she received a phone call from a suspect who identified himself as a “Tijuana Police officer” the suspect told the victim that her nephew was in his custody and that with a $300 payment he would be released. The victim asked for his phone number and was told that this was not authorized. The victim sent $200 via western union. Later in the day her sister called and discovered that the person in question was in New York City. Report number 110267944
12:30 pm Brookdale/Santos Throwing Substance at car
Officers Obot and Duncan were sent to investigate someone throwing things at passing car. The victim told the officer that as he was driving by, someone threw a water balloon at the cat. The victim suffers from a heart condition and wanted this incident documented. Report number 110265415
4:38 pm 2900 blk Diamond Robbery/Gun
Officer Archilla responded to investigate a robbery. The victim told the officer that she called a friend and told her that she was interested in purchasing a gun. The friend agreed to help her. The victim arrived on BART and met with her friend, who led her to a waiting car. Once in the car, the friend turned into the suspect and put a gun to the victims head. The suspect said that she wanted everything. The victim feared for her life and gave the suspect $600 that she had brought with her to purchase a gun. The victim was not injured and told officers that she can identify the suspect. Report number 110266203

Officer Frisk was sent to investigate a vandalism incident. The victim told the officer that the vehicle was parked and locked the night prior. The victim showed the officer that her window had been broken, but no property was taken. Report number 110264683

Officer Morgante was sent to investigate a vandalism case. The victim told the officer that a small statue that has been in the front of the establishment was broken. The victim did not see anyone do it and does not have any enemies. Report number 110267706
