6:54 am 200 blk Onondaga Terrorist Threats
Reserved Officer Martinez and Officer Johnson were sent to investigate a threats incident. When the officers arrived Sgt Escobar and officer Barcena had three subjects detained. The officers began their by questioning investigation one of the detainees. Reserve Officer Martinez began to question a male subject that seemed nervous, while Officer Johnson interviewed the other male subject. Officer Martinez’s subject was being vague and evasive with his answers. While officer Johnsons was mad and very quick to answer. The offices were able to ascertain that the subject with Officer Martinez was in fact the suspect in this crime. The officers learned that the suspect also had a court order that did not allow him to be in contact of the victim. 8:30 am York/Precita Battery
Officers Curry and Sanchez were sent to investigate a battery incident. The officers spoke to the victim who told them that a known suspect walked up to her as she was seated in the passenger side of her car. The suspect began yelling at the victim, and then punched the victim one time on the face. The suspect then fled. Report number 110060130
12:35 pm Unit blk Blythdale Court order Violation
Officers Hopkins, Park and Chang were patrolling when Sgt McDevitt radioed that a suspicious male had just tried to evade contact with him. the Sgt broadcast the description. The officers that were already in the area began to search as well. At one point the officers observed a male fitting the description given by the Sgt and recognized him as a suspect that has a court order restraining him from the area. The officers were able to stop and arrested the suspect. The suspect was booked at Ingleside. Report number 110060798

1:55 am Parque/Cielito Theft from Auto
Officers Morse and Gabriel were sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officers that he was home asleep when he was awoken by the sound of his car alarm. The car was parked in front of his house. The victim told the officer’s that he looked out his window and saw a suspect walking around his car. The victim got dress and went outside. The suspect began walking away very fast. The victim followed the suspect and got onto a bus along with him. After a short distance the victim got off and went home to call the police. There was no damage to his vehicle and no loss. Report number 110059741
2:00 am Putnam/Jarboe Theft from Auto
Police Services Aide Heckenberg-Tognozzi prepared a report regarding a theft. The victim told the PSA that he parked and locked his car when he got home in the early morning. The victim told the PSA that when he went to his car later on in the day he discovered that someone had broken a window and removed his personal property from the car. No suspects were observed. 7:30 am 100 blk Topaz Burglary/Hot Prowl
Officers Campion-Healy, Frisk and Marino were sent to investigate a hot prowl burglary. The witness caller told the officers that she was out walking her dog when she noticed a neighbor’s garage door open and no car parked inside. The witness told the officers that there was a car parked outside that seemed suspicious. The witness told the officers that she took a picture of the car and plate, and then noticed a Hispanic male in his 30 walking out with a laptop. She asked the suspect what he was doing. The suspect told the witness that he was a friend, got in the car and drove off. The photo and plate have been forwarded to the inspectors. Report number 110060287
8:30 am Cuvier/Bosworth Burglary
Officers Park, Chang and Hopkins were sent to investigate a burglary case. The victim told the officers that she came home and found her front door open. The victim knew something was wrong when she saw that the home was ransacked. The victim went outside and called the police. The officers searched the house to make sure there were no suspects. The officers located an open window. The officers did not notify CSI because of lack of physical evidence. Report number 110061053
8:50 am 800 blk Brunswick Attempted Robbery
Officers Johnson and Reserve officer Martinez were sent to investigate an attempted robbery. The victim told the officers that he had just dropped of his daughter at school and was getting out of his car at home. The victim told the officers that two men identified themselves as police officers and started yelling at him the victim said that the badges were gold like the BART police. The two suspects demand the victim to give up the drugs which the victim had no idea what they were talking about. The suspects tried to handcuff the victim but couldn’t, then checked the trunk of his car, NO DRUGS! The suspects then realized it was time to go, and fled down the street. The area was searched for the suspects to no avail. Suspect #1 white male, 40 to 50, 5’7, 165. He was seen wearing black jacket, baseball cap, pants and shoes. This suspect had a full gray beard. Suspect #2 also a white male, 5’7, 165 wearing a black baseball cap, hoodie, pants and shoes. Both suspects had brown hair and eyes. Report number 110060196
9:45 am 50 Phelan Theft/Building
SFCC PD Officer Burlyga was sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officer that she placed her backpack in a locker, but since she did not see anyone around, and did not lock it. After the victim was done she got her backpack and went to get some food. To her surprise when she went to pay she could not find her wallet or cell phone. The victim called the police. 11:25 am 50 Phelan Theft/Building
SFCC PD Bermudez was sent to investigate a theft incident he was walking along when he saw a know suspect that looked as he were angry. The victim told the officer that the suspect pushed to the ground and began beating him. The victim told the officer that the suspect took his gold chain. The victim received a broken finger and required stitches on his other hand. The information has been forwarded to the inspectors. Report number 110060732
12:00 pm 500 blk Velasco Burglary/Residential
Officers Sugitan and Fung were sent to investigate a burglary. The victim told the officers that she left her home for an hour and upon her return she found her front door had been forced open. The victim told the officers that the loss was $5000 in jewelry and electronic equipment. The CSI unit was notified and will respond. Report number 110061100

Officers Chang and Park were sent to investigate a theft case. the victim told the officers that he has been doing renovation to a home here and that someone came in through the night and took some of his equipment totaling $900. There were no suspects seen. Report number 110057563
8:00 pm 100 blk Capistrano Vandalism
Officer Rand was sent to investigate a vandalism case. The victim told the officer that he has been renovating a home and that when he came in today discovered that someone had broken the front two windows. There were no suspects observed. Report number 110060221
9:50 pm 500 blk Raymond Theft from Auto
Officers Gabriel and Morse were sent to investigate a theft case. the victim told the officers that she has been watching a friend’s car while they are away. The victim told the officers that she got a call from her brother asking her to come outside. The victim said that once outside she saw two suspects inside the car and that the keys were in the ignition. The suspects were confronted and fled the scene. There was no loss.
