01:00 am       200 blk Gambier                  Disturbing the Peace
Officers Henry-Garcia and Anderson responded to a noise complaint.  The officers heard loud music and screaming voices coming from the home.  The officers met with the complainant who signed a citizens arrest for the excessive noise.  The officers gave the resident a citation for the noise.  Report number 100984603

03:37 pm       2000 blk Alemany               Warrant Arrest
Officers Burke, Tam and Daggett observed a couple loitering near a residence and contacted them.  The officers found that the male subject had a warrant for his arrest.  The female subject had just gotten off of parole and had no current wants.  The male was taken into custody and later booked at Ingleside Station.  Report number 100986198

04:15 pm       3300 blk Mission                 Shoplifting/Narcotics/Warrant
Officers Murphy and Pedersen were approached by a security officer at a grocery store while they were conducting a passing call at the store.  The security officer advised the officers that he had a shoplifter detained and requested their assistance.  The officers found that the suspect had failed to pay for donuts that he ate while walking around the store.  A search of the man revealed that he had secreted $123.00 worth of store merchandise on him as well.  The suspect was found to have narcotics paraphernalia on him as well as several warrants for his arrest.  He was taken into custody and booked at Ingleside Station.  Report number 100986223

06:08 pm       Unit blk Phelan                   Marijuana Offense
SFCCPD Officer Burlyga observed a vehicle with a headlamp out and conducted a traffic stop.  The officer found that the vehicle contained many pounds of marijuana.  The driver told the officer that he worked for a dispensary, but had no proof of his employment.  The driver also had a prior arrest for the same offense. The driver was taken into custody and later booked at County Jail.  Report number 100986825

06:20 pm       100 blk Blythdale                Hot Prowl Burglary
Officers Tam, Daggett and Burke were working in plain clothes when a call was broadcast of a burglary in progress.  The officers arrived on the scene and spotted two suspects exit the house.  The suspects ran from the officers and were later taken into custody with four other suspects.  One suspect was able to elude capture.  The officers recovered numerous items of stolen property, and located two handguns.  The suspects were all booked or cited and release to parents.  Also recovered was a stolen vehicle which was apparently being used by the suspects to get away with their stolen goods.  Report number 100986728

Officers Gabriel and Apodaca responded to a vandalism call.  The officers met with the victim who showed them that his whole vehicle was “keyed” by an unknown suspect.  Report number 100984556

11:00 am       2200 blk Alemany               Robbery w/ Force
Officers Rosiak and Trujillo responded to a robbery call.  The officers met with the victim who had suffered abrasions to her hands during the incident.  The victim told the officers that she was walking by herself when she observed an African American man, 20-25 years old, 5’10, 180 lbs, with black hair, cross the street behind her.  The man then ran up behind the victim and wrestled her purse from her which was carried across her chest.  The victim was thrown to the ground while she attempted to retain her possessions.  The suspect ran way on foot.  The officers searched for the suspect to no avail.  Report number 100985532

Officers Trail and Peregoy responded to a burglary call.  Officer Tillan responded to assist with Spanish translation.  The victims told the officers that one family member was asleep in a bedroom when they left for a short time.  Upon their return they found the rear door of the housing unit wide open.  They woke the sleeping family member who told them that he heard and saw someone in the house and in his bedroom, but thought it was the rest of the family.  He was not disturbed in his sleep but rolled over and saw the back of someone leaving his room.  A television and components were stolen from the living room.  Report number 100985918

Officers Fung and Sugitan met with a robbery victim who told them that an African American male, 20-25 years old,5’10, medium build with a dark complexion and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, had just robbed her of her purse.  The victim stated that she was standing looking through her purse for her keys when the suspect walked up to her and grabbed her purse.  She attempted to hold on to the bag, but eventually was overpowered by the suspect.  She ran after him as did a witness, but he made good his escape.  The area was searched by numerous Ingleside Station officers to no avail.  Report number 100985861

Officer Castillo responded to a vandalism call and met with the victim who told the officer that an unknown suspect had scratched his vehicle.  Report number 100986461

04:30 pm       4900 blk Mission                 Shoplifting
A shoplifting suspect was arrested by store security and then fought to escape the arrest.  The store security guards retained the suspects’ personal property which included his identification and other items of clothing and accessories.  The suspect ran away and was not located.  Officer Leong responded to the scene and seized the evidence.  Report number 100986392

Officers Daggett and Hurwitz observed a vehicle parked and unattended and conducted a computer query on the license plate.  The vehicle was stolen.  The officers searched the vehicle and found numerous items of property in the vehicle in the name of a suspect with a criminal history.  Narcotics paraphernalia was also recovered in the vehicle.  Report number 100901704

07:25 pm       Mission/Goethe                   Attempted Robbery
Officers Kneuker and Leong responded to a robbery call and met with the victim.  The victim stated that she was seated on a Muni bus when the suspect, an African American male, 45-50 years old, 6’3, 270 lbs, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans, grabbed her purse and tried to pull it away from her.  The victim held onto her bag and the suspect punched her one time on the face.  The suspect then got off of the bus at Mission/Geneva.  The victim recognized the suspect from her neighborhood, the Sunnydale Public Housing Complex.  Report number 100986819

Officer HenryGarcia responded to a broken window call at a laundromat.  The victim stated that an unknown suspect shattered a large window with an unknown object.  Report number 100987390

11:35 pm       Delano/Oneida                    Vandalism to Vehicle/Strip
A woman entered Ingleside Station and told PSA Knuckles that her vehicle had been entered and the seats stolen.  She also found that the exterior of the vehicle had been scratched.  Report number 100989346
