03:14 pm       Silver/Mission                      Alcohol, Consuming in Public
Officer Chew located a man drinking a beer in public.  The officer contacted the man who was belligerent and failed to comply with lawful commands given to him, resisting arrest.  The officer took the suspect to the ground and effected the arrest.  The suspect was later cited and released from Ingleside Station.  Report number 100913339

A man walked into Ingleside Station and told PSA Guituan that he had been beaten by two men. The victim stated that he was waiting at a bus shelter when two men in a vehicle stopped near him and asked him if he was a gang member.  The victim assured the suspects that he was not, but they parked the car and approached him.  One suspect punched the victim on the head and the other knocked him over.  Both suspects then kicked the victim repeatedly until two Good Samaritans intervened and the suspects ran away. PSA Guituan was approached at Ingleside Station by a victim who reported that the catalytic converter was removed and stolen from his vehicle while it was parked and unattended overnight.  Report number 100916690

Officer Rosiak and Sergeant Escobar responded to a business and met with the victim who showed them graffiti vandalism to the building exterior.  The victim did not have any potential suspect information for the officers.  Report number 100912927

10:30 am       2800 blk Diamond              Burglary, Store, Safe
A restaurant alarm was activated at 3:00 am and the business owners were notified, but did not respond.  The police were not notified.  The owners discovered that there was indeed a burglary when they responded to the store for opening in the morning and found that the back of the restaurant and office had been entered and money and equipment was stolen.  Officer Padilla responded and prepared the report.  Report number 100912604

Officer Muro responded to a theft call.  A known suspect stole the wallet and car keys of the victim from his home when they had an argument.  Report number 100912325

A woman reported to Officer Contreras that her mailbox had been tampered with and that she found it ajar.  She was unsure if any mail had been stolen and feared identity theft.  An object appeared to have been broken off in the lock.  Report number 100914707

Officer Gomez responded to a threats report.  The victim responded that a male cousin saw her and threatened her life.  The victim stated that the suspect suffers from an unknown mental illness and has been violent in the past.  Report number 100914280
