6:28pm                300 Blk Alpha St          Narcotics

Officers Tam and Hurwitz were working in plain clothes, patrolling in an area that is known for high narcotic activity.  The officers spotted a suspect crouched down in between two vehicles.  The officers stopped their vehicle and exited, making contact with the suspect.  The suspect was holding a glass pipe that the officers recognized as a pipe commonly used to ingest narcotics.  In his other hand, the suspect was holding a white, rock-like substance that the officers believed to be cocaine.  The suspect attempted to crush the cocaine in his hand and then dropped it to the ground directly beneath him.  The officers seized the cocaine from the street and the glass pipe as evidence and placed the suspect under arrest.  Report 120240071

Sgt. Miller was dispatched to a report of threats. The victim received a phone call from a blocked number.  The suspect left a message on the victim’s voicemail, threatening his life.  The victim did not recognize the voice, but had suspicions of who the suspect might be.  The victim wanted the incident documented because he feared for his life.  Report 120238719

12:45pm              1500 Blk Sunnydale      Burglary

Officers Peregoy and Hopkins responded to a report of a burglary.  The victim had left the residence secure and undamaged.  Upon her return, the victim noticed that the front door of the residence was unlocked.  The victim also noticed a broken window inside the residence.  The victim called the police and did not enter the residence.  The officers arrived and did a walkthrough of the residence ensuring that the suspect had fled.  Nothing was missing from inside the residence, but there were beer cans and a machete found that did not belong to the victim.  The officers seized the machete as evidence.  Report 120239303

Officer Bernard responded to a report of theft.  The victim had parked his scooter in a private parking area behind his residence.  Upon his return to the vehicle, the victim discovered his helmet was gone as well as the scooter’s battery.  A day later, a witness spotted a possible suspect in the area.  Report 120239513

PSA Flynn took a report of theft from a vehicle.  The victim parked his vehicle but did not lock it.  The victim left his vehicle unattended.  Upon his return, the victim discovered that his messenger bag was missing.  The bag contained several personal items.  Report 120239751

Officers Yuen and Gonzalez were dispatched to a report of theft. The victim was standing at a bus stop, waiting for the bus.  The victim was holding her phone in her hand and looking down at it. The suspect approached her and quickly grabbed the phone from the victim’s hand.  The suspect fled.  Report 120240059

PSA Flynn took a report regarding false personation.  The victim received a notice from a collection agency regarding a past due account.  The victim had never authorized the opening of the account.  Report 120239864

Arrests:

12:31pm     1800 Blk Felton St                 Narcotics for Sale

Officers Hurwitz and Tam were on patrol conducting an operation looking for stolen vehicles.  The officers spotted a vehicle from a prior incident.  The officers recognized the driver from prior police contact and knew that he had a suspended driver’s license.  The officers pulled behind the vehicle, which began to speed up.  The vehicle fled into a garage and closed the door.  The officers followed the vehicle to the garage.  The officers exited the vehicle, and Officer Tam was able to stop the garage door from completely closing.  The officers made contact with the suspect.  The officers noticed a strong smell of suspect marijuana coming from the vehicle.  The suspect admitted to having marijuana in the vehicle.  The officers searched the vehicle and found suspected marijuana and other narcotics.  Other evidence suggested the suspect was transporting and selling narcotics.  The suspect was arrested.  Report 120236177

4:41pm       4300 Blk Mission St               Narcotics

Officers Archilla and Pereira were on patrol when they spotted a suspect drinking out of a can, which was mostly concealed by a brown paper bag.  As the officers approached, the suspect threw the bag with the can inside onto the sidewalk.  The officers know that suspects will often conceal alcoholic beverages in a plain paper bag when drinking in public.  The officers contacted the suspect, and picked up the paper bag.  The officers confirmed that the can was of an alcoholic beverage.  The suspect admitted to the officers that he was drinking.  The officers conducted a brief pat search for weapons.  Officer Archilla noticed a weird shaped object in one of the suspect’s pants pockets.  The officer asked the suspect what he had in his pockets.  The suspect began pulling items out of his pockets, including several pills.  The suspect did not have a prescription for the pills and was subsequently arrested.  Report 120236848 

7:03pm       1600 Blk Sunnydale Ave       Gang Injunction

Officers Dudley and Antonian were on patrol when they observed a vehicle drive by them.  The officers recognized the driver and passenger of the vehicle from prior police contact.  The officers knew that the driver had been issued a gang injunction order approximately one year ago.  The passenger was known to be on probation with a warrantless search condition.  The officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle.  The driver was arrested for violating the gang injunction order.  The passenger was searched and released from the scene. 

8:03pm       2900 Blk Diamond St            Stolen Property

Officers Hurwitz and Tam were on patrol in plainclothes when they spotted a suspect they knew was wanted for a possession of stolen property charge.  The officers were unable to stop in front of the residence where the suspect was standing with two other subjects.  The officers had to drive a short distance down the street and make a u-turn.  Upon their return, the vehicle the suspect had been standing in front of was still there, but all three subjects were gone.  Officer Tam located the suspect a short distance down the street.  The suspect was arrested.  Report 110972438

10:19pm     5000 Blk Mission St              Narcotics

Officers Seavey and Padilla were on patrol working in plain clothes.  The officers spotted a vehicle pulling in to a parking lot of a hotel.  The vehicle drove past several empty parking spaces, and pulled far into the back of the lot.  The suspect exited the vehicle and approached a room, and entered.  The suspect left the room a short time later.   The officers approached the suspect and identified themselves as police officers.  They also contacted a passenger, who was sitting in the front seat.  The officers advised the suspect that he had a cracked windshield, obstructing his view.  The passenger of the vehicle was on probation with a warrantless search condition.  The passenger was in possession of a glass tube, often used for the ingestion of narcotics.  The officers located narcotics inside of the vehicle.  The officers contacted the manager of the hotel and gained access to the room where the suspect had entered.  The room was registered to a third suspect who was on probation with a warrantless search condition.  Several narcotics were found in addition to evidence that narcotics were being sold from the room.  All three suspects were arrested on several drug charges.  Report 120237937

Officers  McCall and Lozano were stationary on a separate incident call.  The officers saw a vehicle pass by them, driving approximately 10 mph.  The vehicle made a sharp right turn, striking the curb with the rear wheel.  Suddenly, the driver of the vehicle came around the corner and confronted the officers in an aggressive manner.  The suspect accused the officers of cussing at him.  The officers told the suspect to leave, as they were in the middle of an investigation.  The suspect continued to interrupt the officers.  The officers noticed a smell of alcohol emanating from the suspect’s breath.  The officers decided to conduct field sobriety tests on the suspect, as they suspected him of driving under the influence of alcohol.  The officers arrested the suspect for D.U.I.  Report 120234961

Officers Cassinelli and Chan responded to a report of a burglary.  The victim had secured his bicycle inside his garage.  The garage door was closed and locked.  Upon leaving for work in the morning, the victim noticed the side door to the garage was open.  The victim realized that the suspect had forced entry into the garage and taken his bicycle.  Report 120236804

PSA Heckenberg-Tognozzi took a report regarding fraud.  The victim was informed by his bank that there were several charges to his credit card that seemed fraudulent.  The victim confirmed that he did not authorize these charges.  Report 120236199

4:00pm       100 Blk Westwood Dr          Theft

PSA Flynn took a report of theft from a vehicle.  The victim parked and secured his vehicle, leaving it unattended.  Upon his return, the victim discovered the rear window was smashed.  The glove box was open, and the victim’s cash was stolen.  Report 120236650

PSA Flynn took a report regarding theft.  The victim boarded a MUNI bus that was very crowded.  When her stop came up, the victim exited the bus.  The victim reached in to her purse and realized that her wallet was missing.  Report 120237307

PSA Heckenberg-Tognozzi took a report regarding harassing phone calls.  The victim said that she had received approximately 20 text messages to her cell phone from an unknown suspect.  No threats were made, but the victim was annoyed and wanted the incident documented.  Report 120236359

7:11pm       Unit Blk Westwood Dr          Burglary

Officers Almaguer and Gomez were dispatched to a report of burglary.  The officers found the front door deadbolt and door frame had been damaged by the suspect who forced entry into the residence.  Nothing appeared to have been stolen.  Report 120237404

7:36pm       Unit Blk Phelan Ave              Fire

SFCCPD Officer Burlyga responded to a report of a fire in a trash can.  SFFD was called and arrived on scene to put the fire out.  A second fire was located nearby, and SFFD put this fire out as well.  No one was injured in the incident. Report 120234557

Officers Phillips and Obot were dispatched to a report of burglary.  The victim had secured her residence upon leaving it.  When she returned home, she discovered several items missing from inside.  The victim believed the suspect gained access to the spare key, and entered the residence without her permission.  Report 120237705

Officer Curry was on patrol when a victim flagged him down.  The victim stated that her car window was smashed, but it did not appear that anything was missing. The Officer took photographs of the vehicle and booked them as evidence at Ingleside Station.  He provided the victim with follow up information. Report Number 120232636

10:00am              200 Blk Valdez                       Fraud

Police Service Aide Flynn was on Station duty at Ingleside Station when a victim came in to file a report of identity theft. The victim informed the PSA that he had received a letter from the Tax Board stating he owed a large amount of money in additional taxes in 2010. The victim stated that he did not file any returns, but he has an extension for that year. When the victim spoke with the Tax Board they advised him to file a police report. The Tax board also informed the victim that there was a filing under his name using an address in Vallejo; and an employer in South Carolina. The victim stated that he never lived in Vallejo nor did he work for a company in South Carolina. Report Number 120233844

Officer Lim was dispatched to a call regarding a dog bite. The officer met with the victim who stated he was walking a friend’s dog when it was bit by another dog. The victim identified the dog’s owner but stated he did not want to press any charges. Animal Care and Control responded to investigate and all parties were provided with follow up information. Officer Conceicao responded to a call regarding a possible burglary. The victim informed the Officer that when she returned to her home she noticed several items that had been moved and her television and CD player were no longer working. The victim also informed the officer that there were multiple items that had been removed from her residence without her consent. The victim stated that the only other person who has keys to her home is the landlord.  The officers took pictures of the damages and provided her with follow up information.  Due to the lack of physical evidence, SFPD’s Crime Scene Investigations Unit was not notified.  Report Number 120233076

Officer Conceicao responded to a call regarding a burglary. The victim informed the officer that when she returned home she noticed water had been poured on her laptop and radio. The victim also noticed the cord for her sewing machine was also missing. She was unable to provide any further information and was provided with follow up information.  Report Number 120233214

Officers Dilag and Quintero were dispatched to a call regarding a burglary. The officers met with the victim who stated that when she returned home she found the bedrooms in disarray, and her jewelry box missing. The officers informed the victim to not touch anything and advised her that CSI would be responding. The officers concluded that the front door was the point of entry.  They took pictures of the scene and booked them into evidence at Ingleside station. Report Number 120234739

Officers Antonian and Dudley were dispatched to a call regarding a possible robbery. The officers met with the victims who stated they were sitting on the bus when a suspect approached them and attempted to steal their iPhone’. As the suspect attempted to grab their phones, the victims held on to their phones tightly. The suspects ran off the bus towards Sunnydale. The officers searched the area for the possible suspects to no avail. They provided all victims with follow up information.  Report Number 120234632

9:33pm       Schwerin/Kelloch                   Warrant Arrest

Officers Hopkins and Uang were patrolling in the Sunnydale area when they noticed a car that had no tail lamps. The officers stopped the car and asked the driver for his license. The driver told the officers that he did not have one. The officers got the driver information and conducted a DMV check. They discovered that the driver had an outstanding “No Bail” warrant for aggravated assault. The driver was arrested for the warrant and booked at Ingleside station. Report number 12023084

10:40pm     Persia/Ocean                 Attempted Robbery

Officers Dominguez and Carrsaco were dispatched to a robbery in progress call. The officers were close by and were immediately flagged down. The victim was pointing to a bus and telling the officers “That’s the guy that just tried to rob me”. The victim was pointing and describing a suspect that was getting on the bus at the time. The officers advised other Ingleside officers of the situation. Never losing sight of the bus, nor the suspect that the victim had pointed to and described, the officers stopped the bus and approached the suspect. The suspect looked at the officers and said “I’m the one you’re looking for”

By this time there were numerous ingleside units assisting. The officers also learned that there were two suspects and were able to also detain him as well. The victim told the officers that the suspects came up to him as he was entering his car and demanded he give up his phone. The victim was in fear of the suspects. The suspect fought the victim for his phone. When he could not get it, he calmly walked away. What the suspect did calculate into their dastardly plan was the fast response from Ingleside Officers and the amount of witnesses that came forward to assist.

The victim and witnesses all positively identified the suspects. The main suspect was arrested and booked at Ingleside station. Once again the citizens of the Ingleside district stick together and thwart two would be robbers to help clean up our neighborhood. The suspect was booked for attempted robbery with force. Officers Gabriel and Apodaca were sent to a robbery incident. The officers spoke to the victim who told them she got off note bus and was walking home. The victim told the officers that she heard footsteps rapidly approaching her and that suddenly someone grabbed her purse and continued running. The victim was not hurt and the loss was a womans purse. The victim did not see the suspect. Report number 120232432

Officers Morrow and Chew were sent to investigate a Burglary case. The victim told the officers that she left home in the morning and that when she returned she found the front door unlocked where it had been locked before. The victim told the officers that someone had removed $170 from the wallet and her laptop. The officers contacted CSI which will respond to process the scene. Report number 120230903         

9:20am       Unit blk Baltimore        Hot Prowl Burglary

Officers Morrow and Curry responded to a residential burglary in progress where the residents were home. The officers arrived at the location and were met by one of the victims outside. The victim told the officers that the suspect s may still be inside the residence. The officers conducted a room to room search of the house that yielded no suspects.

            The victim told the officers that he was sleeping when he was awoken by noise from the living room area. When he went to investigate he was confronted by two suspects that demanded money. The victim was told to sit in the living room and to produce his phone. The victim saw an opportunity and ran out of the house via the backyard and over a fence. The victim dislocated his shoulder when he jumped the fence yet still managed to call 911. The loss was $850 cash and electronics. The suspects got away. They are described as two African American men between 20 and 25 years of age, 5’9” and about 150 lbs. CSI was notified and responded to process the scene. Report number 120229564

Officers Sugitan and Fung were sent to investigate an attempted arson. The victim told the officers that while at home she smelled something burning. The victim went to investigate and this led her to her carport where she discovered a burning plastic planter. The victim called the SFFD who responded to put out the fire. The SFFD requested an arson report. No one was injured. Report number 120230113

Police Services Aide Zabarte prepared a report regarding a vandalism incident. The victim told the PSA that he parked his car in the park parking lot and that when he returned he discovered that someone had broke n a window.  The victim did not see who did this nor were there any witnesses. 11:00am     400 blk Edinburgh       Battery

Officers Morrow and Bernard prepared a report regarding a battery. The victim told the officers that while getting into her car a known suspect came up to her and grabbed her coffee mug from her hands. The suspect then splashed the coffee onto the victim. The victim told the officers that she managed to get into her car when the suspect reached and grabbed her by the hair. The suspect then left.

Later in the day, the officers heard dispatch broadcast a call to the address where the battery had occurred. The officers responded and were able to locate the victim and the suspect. The suspect was arrested and then cited for the battery. The suspect must now appear in court to explain why she attacked the victim. Report number 120227217

11:17am     Unit blk Rudden           Burglary

Officers Frisk and Bernard were dispatched to a burglary incident. The officers arrived and spoke to the victim who was home. The victim told the officers that while he was home alone he heard someone knock on the front door. The victim did not answer the door a. after a minute or so, the victim heard pounding on the garage door this is when the victim called the police. The victim told the officers that the suspect entered the property via the side gate. The victim was able to see the suspects.

Numerous officers were in the area searching for the suspect when Sgt Karp located two possible suspects a few blocks away and detained them. The victim was shown the possible suspects that were detained and positively identified them. The suspects were then arrested and booked for the burglary. Because of the fast response and teamwork, two more would be burglars are in jail! Report number120226764. This is ****“The Best Arrest of the Day”****

12:09pm     1700 blk Sunnydale     Warrant Arrest

Officers Trail, Peregoy and Hopkins were on patrol in the Sunnydale area, when they saw a subject they knew had an outstanding warrant for “Contempt of Court” the officers made quick work of it and had the suspect detained before he knew what happened. The suspect was arrested and booked for the no bail warrant at Ingleside Station. Report number 120226946

12:45pm     4600 blk Mission          Theft

Officers Chew and Lim were sent to investigate a theft case that had just occurred. While on the way the officers were informed that then suspect was seen going into Walgreens. The officers arrived and were told by the victim that while he was doing some paperwork, the suspect entered the store and took a set of headphones and walked out of the store without paying for them. The victim followed the suspect and called the police. The victim positively identified the suspect to the officers. The suspect was arrested and booked at Ingleside Station. The headphones were recovered at the scene in the suspect’s jacket pocket! Report number 120227057

4:58pm       4700 blk Mission           Warrant Arrest

Officers Chew and Lim were patrolling the district when they observed a car change lanes suddenly causing the car behind to brake hard. The Officers pulled the car over to issue a ticket. The driver of the car provided a NYC driver’s license to the officers and told them he’s been living in San Francisco for the last month and one half. (Upon moving to another state you must notify and obtain a license within a week). The driver did not notify DMV and on top of that, had a warrant for unsafe driving. The driver was arrested on the warrant and taken to Ingleside Station where he posted the $400 plus bail. The officers also cited the driver for the unsafe lane change. Report number 120228033

Officer Altamirano prepared a report regarding a burglary. The victim told the officer that she left the house at about 8:30am locking the doors and windows. The victim told the officer that when she returned she discovered that the gate had been forced open and the front door kicked in. the victim told the officer that a laptop and jewelry was taken.  The officer observed that several rooms had been ransacked. The officer’s contacted CSI to respond and process the scene. Report number 120227546

Officer Lundy prepared a report for a burglary. The victim told the officer that he left home securing the front door and then the gate. When the victim returned he discovered that someone had cut a 4 inch hole in the fence. The victim also showed the officer where there was damage to the front door. There was no entry made into the house and no loss. Report number 120228550

Officer Castillo prepared a report regarding a vandalism incident. the victim told the officer that she is in the process of moving and that she had rented a trailer and put a lock on it. The trailer was empty. The victim told the officer that when she came out the next morning the lock had been cut off. Report number 120228447

Officer Yuen prepared a report regarding a car being hit by a bullet. The victim told the officer that last night he heard 8 gunshots but did not want to check out of fear. When he checked on his car today he discovered that his car had been hit once.  No suspects were seen. Report number 120228130

Officers Thompson and Altamirano were dispatched to a report of a verbal argument.  The officers arrived on scene and detained two possible suspects.  The officers conducted records check on each suspect.  One suspect came back wanted on two outstanding warrants.  The suspect was arrested.  Report 120224401

3:21pm       Mission & Tingley St             Traffic

Officers Elton and Rueca were on patrol when they observed a suspect riding a bicycle on the sidewalk.  The officers contacted and detained the suspect, advising him of the violation.  Because of several recent bicycle thefts, the officers asked the suspect if they could inspect his bicycle.  The suspect agreed.  The officers ran the serial number on the bicycle, which came back stolen out of San Diego.  The suspect could not explain where he got the bicycle from and was evasive in the answers he gave the officers.  The officers arrested the suspect for possession of stolen property.  The officers transported the suspect back to Ingleside station, where they continued their investigation.  Due to insufficient evidence against the suspect regarding the stolen property, the suspect was cited for the violation of riding the bicycle on the sidewalk and released.  The bicycle was booked as evidence.  Report 120224285

10:21pm     Unit Blk Coso Ave                Robbery

Officers Castillo and Leong responded to a possible purse snatch.  Dispatch broadcasted the description of the suspect.  The officers contacted the victim.  The victim had been walking when she passed a group of people.  The victim continued walking and felt like someone was following her.  A suspect grabbed the victim by the hair and threw her to the ground.  While on the ground, the suspect punched the victim several times.  The victim looked up and was able to see the suspects face.  The victim yelled for help, and feared for her life.  She told the suspect to take everything, hoping the suspect would leave her alone.  The suspect ripped the victim’s purse from her shoulder and her iPod out of her hand.  The suspect fled. 

While Officers Castillo and Leong were interviewing the victim, several other officers responded as backup, and had located a group of five possible suspects.  A cold show was conducted, but the victim did not positively identify any of the five individuals detained.  They were each released from the scene.  Officer Padilla then informed dispatch that he had detained an individual matching the description of the suspect.  The victim positively identified this individual as the suspect who committed the robbery.  The victim’s cell phone and iPod were recovered from the suspect’s possession.  The suspect was arrested.  ***BEST ARREST OF THE DAY!!!***

3:00am       400 Blk Chenery St              Burglary

Officers Lundy and Hom were dispatched to a report of a burglary.  The victim heard his garage door open, which surprised him because it was so early in the morning.  The victim looked outside and saw the suspect getting on the victim’s bicycle.  The victim yelled at the suspect, who fled on the victim’s bicycle.  The victim exited his house and tried to catch up to the suspect.  The victim was unable to catch him, so he called the police.  Report 120226087

7:00am       1400 Blk Sunnydale Ave      Theft

Officers Muro and Larocca responded to a report of vandalism.  The victim told the officers that he had parked his car out in front of his residence, and secured it.  The next morning, the victim discovered that the front passenger window was smashed.  The victim’s GPS had been stolen from inside the vehicle.  Report 120223265

8:00am       100 Blk Hahn Ave                Vandalism

Officers Larocca and Muro were dispatched to a report of vandalism.  The victim told the officers that he parked and locked his vehicle.  When the victim returned, he found the passenger window on his vehicle had been smashed.  Nothing was taken from the vehicle. Report 120223259

8:30am       800 Blk San Jose Ave           Theft

Officer Bernard responded to a report of theft.  The victim went bicycle riding with his girlfriend. When they were done, they locked one of the bicycles against a water heater inside the garage.  The next morning, the victim discovered that the bicycle was missing.  The victim was sure the garage was locked and secured when he left the bicycle.  There was damage found to the door leading into the garage, indicating the door as the point of entry.  Report 120221219

8:50am       4500 Blk Mission St             Burglary

Officer Frisk was dispatched to a report of a burglary.  The reporting party told the officer that two of his employees had closed up his store the night before.  When he arrived the next morning, he saw that the lock on the gate in front of the business had been replaced with a new lock.  A window to the business had been smashed out, and there was a hole in the front door.  There were also wires in the front of the business that were cut.  Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the safe had been stolen.  Drag marks in the concrete sidewalk in front of the store indicated the safe had been dragged away.  Report 120223384

10:46am     200 Blk Athens St                 Burglary

Officer Frisk was dispatched to a report of a burglar alarm.  Sgt. Karp also responded as back-up.  Upon arrival, the officers discovered the front gate of the residence open.  The front door had pry marks and there was damage to the lock mechanism.  There were no signs of entry into the residence.  Report 120223704

11:25am     1000 Blk Sunnydale Ave      Burglary

Officers Morrow and Bernard were dispatched to a report of a possible burglary.  The victim told the officers that when he returned home, he saw a suspect standing in his apartment.  Upon seeing the victim, the suspect froze briefly, then fled out of a back door.  The victim’s apartment had been ransacked, but he was unsure if anything was taken.  The officers found pry marks on the back door of the apartment, indicating that the suspect had gained entry by forcing the door open.  Report 120223782

12:21pm     3200 Blk San Bruno             Hot Prowl

Officers Bernard and Morrow responded to a report of a home invasion robbery.  Several other Ingleside officers responded as back-up.  The victims told the officers that they were on the second level of their home when they heard the doorbell ring.  One of the victims peered into the peep hole and saw the suspect standing there.  The victim was surprised that the suspect was able to bypass their iron security gate.  The victim did not open the door.  The suspect briefly walked away from the front door but suddenly returned and kicked the front door in.  The suspect grabbed both of the victims and put them in a headlock, one on each side of his body.  The suspect began demanding money.  The victim’s told the suspect that they didn’t have any money.  The suspect threw the victims into a ply-wood partition that was set up in the living room.  The suspect ran into the victim’s bedroom and ransacked it.  The victim’s saw the suspect flee out of the back of the house carrying an object that he had not been carrying when he entered the house.  The victims refused medical treatment and did not suffer any injuries during the incident.  Officers searched the area for the suspect with negative results.  Report 120223942

PSA Cato took a report regarding false personation.  The victim received a collection notice regarding an outstanding balance for a cell phone account.  The victim reported that he had never opened an account with the cell phone company.  Report 120224360

3:37pm       Unit Blk Phelan Ave            Theft

SFCCPD Officer Green took a report regarding theft.  The victim had just completed using the computer lab.  He placed his books down on a table and turned his back to them for just a few seconds so that he could sign out of the lab.  When the victim turned back around, his books were gone.  Report 120224451

5:43pm       4400 Blk Mission St             Theft

Officers Pereira and Archilla responded to a report of theft.  The victim told the officers that two suspects had entered his store.  One suspect asked to see a pair of shoes.  While the victim helped the first suspect, the second suspect walked behind the counter and stole a laptop.  As the suspect fled, he whistled, alerting the second suspect who fled after him.  Report 120224956

SFCCPD Officer Chang took a report of theft. The victim placed several of his personal belongings into a locker, and secured it.  When the victim returned, he discovered that everything was missing.  Several of his items were found in a nearby garbage can.  Report 120225170

Officers Cassinelli and Morse responded to a possible assault.  The officers contacted the victim.  The victim told the officers that he had gotten into an argument with the suspect.  The victim tried to end the argument, but the suspect punched the victim in the face.  The suspect fled.  The victim refused medical treatment.  Report 120225681
