Officer Almaguer and Hauscarriague located a man they were looking for who had a warrant for his arrest.  The officers took the man into custody without incident and booked him at Ingleside Station.  Report number 090484931

Officers Hopkins and Obot took a juvenile probationer who had two outstanding warrants for his arrest into custody without incident.  He was transported and booked at the Juvenile Justice Center. Report number 110087689

Officers Hauscarriague and Almaguer located and took into custody a man who had a warrant for his arrest.  He was transported to Ingleside Station and booked.  Report number 101117552

Officers Almaguer and Hauscarriague observed a young man pacing back and forth and engaging passersby in brief conversations.  The officers approached the subject and found that he had a warrant for his arrest.  The officers took him into custody and found that he was in possession of marijuana. He did not have a cannabis card.  He was booked at Ingleside Station.  Report number 110087946

Officers Curry and Campion-Healy responded to a call of an injured person.  The officers met with the victim who stated that she had been beaten and robbed sometime after 2:00 am when she left a local dance club.  She suffered facial and knee injuries and was taken to the hospital via ambulance.  The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 25-26 years old, 5’4, 135 lbs.  The victims’ cell phone was stolen.  Report number 110085837

PSA Flynn prepared a stolen cell phone report for a young woman who stated that it was stolen from her back pocket some time after 12:45 pm.  The victims’ father received a text message from the phone with an expletive word.  Report number 110087407

Officers Frisk and Campion-Healy responded to a burglary call.  The officers met with the victim who worked as the property manager for the building as well as several other properties.  A unit in the building had been entered and a work laptop computer had been stolen.  The front door of the unit had been forced open.  Report number 110089215

Officers Apodaca and Gabriel responded to a robbery call.  The officers met with the victim at his home.  The victim told the officers that he was walking near the Muni stop while texting on his cell phone.  He was suddenly punched in the mouth by someone, who he could not describe, and his cell phone was stolen.  Report number 110088615

SFCCPD officers working in concert with Ingleside Station officers and Investigators conducted an investigation into a robbery that occurred on the campus of City College on January 20th.  The suspect was identified and subsequently arrested on this date.  Report number 110060732

Officers Barajas and Chew observed a vehicle with an equipment violation and conducted a traffic stop.  The driver was found to have a warrant for his arrest.  He was taken into custody and booked at Ingleside Station.  Report number 100612810

Sgt Miller responded to a business where an employee reported that the street front windows had been scratched by an unknown suspect while the business was closed.  Report number 110083342

Officers Frisk and Campion-Healy met with a man who told them that he located his stolen bicycle.  The man was able to confirm that the bicycle, locked to a parking meter, was his stolen bicycle.  While investigating the incident a man, employed in a local restaurant, approached the officers and told them that he owned the bicycle and that he recently purchased it from an ex-roommate.  The officer showed the man the paperwork confirming the ownership and he returned the bicycle to the rightful owner.  Report number 100604196

A woman reported that she has a restraining order against her daughters ex-boyfriend and that he violated the order by knocking on her door.  The suspect fled the scene prior to Officer Changs’ arrival.  Report number 110083530

Officers Robinson and Conceicao responded to a burglary call.  The victim returned home and found the front door forced open and the garage door left open.  The victims’ television had been stolen from the home.  Report number 110084782

Officers Conceicao and Robinson responded to a robbery call.  The female victim stated that she was walking her dog and carrying her cell phone in her hand.  She walked past a Hispanic male,20-21 years old, 5’6, 120 lbs, wearing a gray beanie and a black hooded sweatshirt.  As she passed the man he suddenly punched her in the abdomen and stole her cell phone.  Report number 110085069

Officers Archilla and Gonzalez responded to a robbery call. The victim, a Spanish speaking man, was approached by two Hispanic males, 23-25 years old, both wearing beanie caps and black hooded sweatshirts.  The two suspects surrounded the victim and demanded his property in Spanish.  The suspects then took the victims backpack, cell phone and music player.  The victim was not injured.  Report number 110085166

A woman entered Ingleside Station and told PSA Flynn that she had received a phone call from PayPal regarding someone opening an account in her name.  She discovered that someone was attempting to use her social security number to open a fraudulent account.  She reported the incident to the company Fraud unit as well.  Report number 110087219

Officers Park and Chang were sent to investigate an assault incident. The victim told the officers that a known suspect had assaulted him. the victim told the officers that the suspect and him got into a heated argument over a DVD. The suspect tried to snatch the DVD out of the victims’ hand. The suspect struck the victim on the face causing a scratch. The victim called the police. The suspect was arrested and booked at Ingleside station. Report number 110079852

SFCCPD Officer Wendt was sent to SF General Hospital where officers Burlyga and Bermudez had been waiting for the medical release of a prisoner they had. The suspect was being admitted to the hospital so the officers, now had to issue a citation and release the suspect to the custody of the Sheriffs. Report number 110077088

Officers Altamirano and Thompson were sent to investigate a battery case. The victim told the officers that the known suspect and her got into an argument that led to a pushing match. The victim told the officers that the suspect pushed first. The suspect was arrested and booked. Report number 110080138

Officers Almaguer and Hauscarriague were on patrol when they observed a known suspect to them that had an outstanding warrant for drug possession. The officers requested a female officer to better search the suspect that was now in custody. Officers Hurwitz and Daggett responded to assist. The officers located a box containing methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia. The suspect was booked for the warrant and possession for sales of drugs. Report number 110081073

Officers Hom and Cassinelli were conducting the MUNI bus fare payment and Bus Inspection Program. The officers were on the bus when they noticed a female that looked familiar to them. The officers requested to see her transfer, then asked her for her ID. The female gave them a name, while officer Hom checked a photo he had of a wanted suspect with a NO BAIL warrant. The female gave the officers a different name than hers. Officer Hom showed the female the picture he had. The, now, suspect said "how did you get my picture? OK, that’s me". The officers transported the suspect to Ingleside station where Sgt O’Brien of the S.I.T. team conducted a taped interview. Sgt O’Brien had been assigned a robbery case and had photos of the suspect. The suspect happened to be the one that Officers Hom and Cassinelli were bringing in. Sgt O’Brien was able to get a confession to the robbery from the suspect! The suspect was booked on all charges. Through team work another robbery suspect from the Ingleside is in jail. Report number 101186038.  This is the "Best Arrest of the Day"
 
8:32 pm     Ellsworth/Crescent    Drug Arrest
Officers Uang, Hopkins and Hart were on patrol when they noticed that a vehicle driving by had tinted window darker that allowed by law (26708a1 cvc). The officers stopped the vehicle and discovered that the driver had an outstanding warrant for drug possession. The officers arrested the driver for the warrant. The officers conducted a search of the vehicle and found more drugs in the trunk. The suspect was also charged with this. Report number 110081738

Officers Campion-Healy and Frisk were sent to investigate a threats incident. The victim told the officers that he was in front of his house when he noticed an unknown suspect walk in front of his neighbor’s house and grab a bag. The victim asked the suspect if the bag was his. The suspect told the victim to mind his own business. The victim insisted and asked the suspect again if the bag was his. The suspect at this point got angry and started charging towards the victim. The victim started yelling "Police, someone call the police" the suspect dropped the bag and hurriedly walked off. The victim followed and watched the suspect to the point where the suspect turned ant told the victim that he was going to kill him. The suspect is described as an African American male, 5’8, 150 lbs, 38 to 40. The suspect was last seen wearing a green beanie cap, green and white checkered shirt and baggy green pants. The suspect also had GOLD teeth. Report number 110079197

SFCCPD Officer Boyko was sent to investigate a theft case. the victim told the officer that he locked his backpack in a locker. The victim told the officer that he put a padlock on the locker. The victim said that when he returned from his class the locker was open and his backpack and lock were missing. No suspects were observed. Report number 110079391

Officers Gonzalez and Archilla were sent to investigate a vandalism incident. The victim told the officers that he parked and locked his car only to discover that someone had broken his windows. The victim told the officers that no suspects were seen. Report number 110082231

SFPD Reserve Officer Martinez was sent to investigate a burglary case. The victim told the officer that she had left her apartment for six months. The victim told the officer that she had left some clothing boxed to be donated upon her return. The victim told the officer that when she came back she noticed that someone had removed clothing and changed her mattress! The officer could not locate any forced entry. Since there was no evidence CSI was not notified. Report number 110079090

Officers Bernard and Johnson were sent to investigate a threats incident. The victim told the officers that a known suspect has been sending threatening text messages. The victim told the officers that one of the messages was a death threat. Report number 110079363

Officer Gamble of southern station prepared a report regarding a fraud. The victim told the officer that a known suspect withdrew money from his account without permission. The victim wanted the incident documented. Report number 110057983

1:45 pm     300 blk Bradford        Dog Bite/Attack
Officers Bernard and Johnson were sent to investigate a dog complaint. The victim told the officers that she was walking with her dog in her arms when she saw two other dogs that were on leashes. The victim told the officers that her dog jumped out of her arms and towards one of the other dogs. The victim said that the "big white dog" grabbed her smaller dog and began to thrash it around while the victim and her husband tried to get the dog to let go. The big white dog let go of the victims’ dog and the female suspect that was walking the dogs said that she would return. The woman never returned! The victims dog had been killed by the other dog. The officers had to call an ambulance for the victim who was not feeling too well. There were witnesses that came forward and gave their account of the incident to the officers. The case is under investigation. Report number 110076789

Police Services Aide Cato prepared a report regarding a firearm that was turned in by someone. The resident turned in an AR15 (the lower portion). The resident told the PSA that he had turned in the other portion of the weapon and did not realize this part was still in his possession. The resident wanted to make sure he turned everything in. report number 110080627

Officers Kabanuck and Castillo were sent to investigate a burglary case. The victim told the officers that he left his home today and locked it. Officers Pai and Araujo were sent to investigate a shoplifting case. the victim told the officers that the suspect came into the store and took two bottles of Advil. The suspect made his way outside the store without paying. The suspect had no priors and was cited by the officers to appear in court. Report number 110069988

11:20 am   San Juan/San Jose    Dog bite
Officers Sugitan and Fung were sent to investigate a dog bite complaint. The victim told the officers that she was walking by the suspects’ dog, when for no reason; the dog lunged at the victim. The dog bit the victim on the arm and left two puncture marks. The officers then responded to the dog owners’ home and cited him. Report number 110070474

Officer Barcena was sent to investigate a threats incident. The victim told the officer that the suspect is known to him and that they have had an ongoing problem. Today the suspect came over with a weight set and got into a verbal argument with the victim. The suspect at one point banged the weights on the victim’s car and dented it. The officer located the suspect and arrested her. The suspect was booked at Ingleside station. Report number 110070474

Officer Coles was sent to investigate a report of a theft. The victim told the officer that he parked and locked his car but left some property in it. The victim told the officer that when he came back the next day he found a window broken and his property missing. No suspects were seen. Report number 110072969

Officers Conceicao and Leong were sent to investigate a robbery incident. The victims told the officers that they were walking in the park and the two suspects came over to them and began tugging at the female victims’ purse while the other suspect held a knife to the male victim and riffled through his pockets. The suspects then fled into the night. The suspects are described as African American #1, 6'1, 180 lbs, 18 to 19, wearing 3D glasses, black zippered hoodie and blue jeans. #2 was 5'5, 150 lbs, wearing black zippered hoodie and blue jeans. Police Services Aide Zabarte prepared a report regarding theft case. The victim told the PSA that she parked and locked her car only to discover that someone had broken a widow and removed her stereo and damaged the interior of her car. No suspects were observed. Report number 110072884

Arrests:

5:35 pm     200 blk Arlington       Battery on an Officer
Officers Hurwitz, Daggett, Tam and Burke responded to serve a Parole search on a parolee in our district. The officers responded to the house and found a male subject in the backyard holding a power saw. The officers asked him to put it down and he did. The subject was asked to sit in the backyard while the officers conducted a warrant check. The officers then observed other person entering the yard and as they were talking to him, the first subject got up and made a run for the gate. Officer Tam chased and had a hold of the suspect’s shirt when the suspect pushed a motorcycle onto the officer. The officer was pinned between the fence and the bike. The suspect continued fleeing, now with officer Daggett in pursuit. Officer Tam was able to push the heavy bike off and joined officer Daggett in the chase. The officers chased the suspect for 2 blocks and were able to catch up to the suspect. The suspect continued his attempts to escape from the officers. The suspect was taken into custody. Officer Tam was seen at the scene by an ambulance for the non-life threatening injuries received when the bike landed on him. The officers located drug paraphernalia at the location where the suspect lives. This is in violation of the suspects’ parole condition. The suspect was arrested and booked at Ingleside Station. Officers Antonian and Dudley were searching for a suspect that had an outstanding warrant $100,000 for his arrest. Armed with a picture, the officers searched areas where they know he frequents. The officers located the suspect at home. The suspect was taken into custody for the drug warrant. Report number 100276347

SFCCDPD Flood was sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officer that she was at a meeting and placed her handbag in the chair right next to her. The victim told the officer that when the meeting was done her purse was gone. The victim did not see anyone take the purse. Report number 110073553

Officers Lim and Robinson were sent to investigate an attempted robbery case. The victim told the officers that he had just gotten home and parked his car. The victim was walking to the front door of his home, with keys in hand. The victim looked au and saw a suspect walking towards him. When the suspect saw the victim looking at him, he broke into a full run. The suspect closed the distance before the victim could get in the door and placed him in a bear hug and carried him to the side of the house. The victim noticed that the suspect had a gun in his left hand causing the victim to fear for his life. The suspect pulled the victim’s wallet from his pocket, which contained $120 and credit cards. The suspect punched the victim once then fled. The victim was not injured seriously. Report number 1174460

Officers Vizcay and Seavey were on patrol when they noticed a vehicle that made a turn without signaling. The officers stopped the vehicle and discovered that the driver had a suspended license and was on parole. The officers also discovered that the driver had a warrant for parole violation. The driver was arrested and booked on the warrant. Report number 110075333

Officers Pai and Araujo were sent to investigate a threats incident. the victim told the officers that a known suspect had threatened her and she was in fear that the treat would be carried out. The victim told the officers that the suspect had also punched her in the eye. The officers responded to the suspect’s residence and were able to locate the suspect and arrest them. The suspect was booked at Ingleside station. Report number 110075913

Officers HenryGarcia, Jones, Khan and Ma were sent to investigate a robbery incident. The officers located the victim and were told the suspect had entered the store and put numerous items into her purse. The suspect then tried to go to the bathroom to better hide them, but could not because it required a key. The victim went on to say that he observed the suspect walking to the doors he asked for a receipt. The suspect took off running out the door with the victim in pursuit. The victim was able to detain the suspect with the assistance of a witness. The suspect kick, punched and did all she could to get away. The officers were about to place the suspect under arrest, when she began to fight with the officers.  The officers were eventually able to cuff the suspect. The suspect was now facing robbery charges because of her attacks on the victim all over $20. The victim suffered a busted lip. The suspect had no injuries. Report number 110075048

Officers Chang and Park were sent to investigate a burglary case. The victim told the officers that she left her home for a little while and discovered upon her return that someone had broken into her home. The victim told the officers that her neighbor told her that he saw a suspect leaving her home with property. The officers spoke to the witness and learned that the suspect parked in the victims’ driveway. The witness told the officers that when he asked the suspect if had permission the suspect told him to come out, and he would take him to the person who gave him permission. The witness figured out! CSI was not notified because there was no evidence and the suspect only was in the garage area. Report number 110076927

Officers Seavey and Vizcay were sent to investigate a “Shot Spotter” call. The offices responded to the area in question and were able to locate the expended casings, but not damage. The officers were also able to locate a witness that heard the shots. Report number 110078729

Officers Barajas and Chew responded to investigate a battery case. The victim told the officers that a van stopped in front of him and he recognized the female suspect from an incident where the suspect came into his work and tried to steal something and he prevented her. The victim told the officers that the suspect said "You thought I wasn’t gonna see you again, it’s personal now" the suspect got out of the van and struck the victim on the face and got back in the van and fled. Police Services Aide Zabarte prepared a report regarding a vandalism incident. The victim told the PSA that she came out in front of her garage and discovered that someone had placed a pile of feces. The victim told the PSA that this was not the first time. This case is still under investigation. Report number 110076290

Officer Androvich prepared a report regarding a fraud case. the victim told the officer that she had been looking for an apartment and that someone had told her they owned a building and took $2700 from her. The suspect never showed up again. Report number 110077470

SFCCPD officer Hakes was sent to investigate a robbery attempt case. The victim told the officer that she was recording a protest at the school and someone from the group attempted to grab her phone from her. The victim received a scratch on her hand from the attempt. Report number 110076723

The victim told the officers that a known suspect threaten her and two other victims with bodily injury if he did not get his way with a class. Officers Deguzman and Pereira were sent to investigate a court order violation incident. The victim told the officers that a known suspect was under a court order mandate, and had violated the terms of said court order. The officers were able to verify the court order via radio and then later at the station. The officers prepared this report. report number 110077458

Officer Lozano was sent to investigate a burglary incident. The victim told the officer that he left his room and when he returned a short time later he discovered that his two laptops were missing. There was no sign of forced entry to his room thus the CSI was not contacted. Report number 110078901

Officer Lozano was sent to investigate a vandalism incident. the victim told the officer that an unknown suspect had broken a front door glass to the business. The officer took photos and prepared this report. report number 110078462

 Officers Hornstein and Goldsborough were sent to investigate a theft from the Visitacion Valley Greenway Park. The victim told the officers that when she came in to work today she noticed that there was equipment missing. There were no suspects observed. Report number 110076416

Police Services Aide Zabarte prepared a report regarding a vandalism incident. The victim told the PSA that he parked and locked his car only to discover that someone had broken a window. There was no other damage or loss. Report number 110075537

Officers Vizcay and Seavey were sent to investigate a burglary case. The officers spoke to the victim and learned that he was in the upstairs apartment when he heard a loud bang. The victim did not realize at the time that the front door to the business and been broken. The victim told the officers that she came down and discovered that someone had removed two safes. The victim told the officers that she was not sure of how much money was in the safe until she was able to see the night’s receipts. The officers searched the perimeter of the location and found the two safes that had been pried open and the contents removed. Report number 110078597

Officers Burke and Tam were sent to investigate a fight on MUNI. The officers discovered that the fight was over a robbery. The victim told the officers that he was at the back of the bus when 5 suspects attacked him.  The victim told the officers that the suspects knocked his glasses off his face and broke them. Officers Khan and Jones were on patrol when they were flagged down by the victim. The victim told the officers that he was approached by a suspect who wanted to ask him something. The suspect produced a handgun and robbed him. The suspect got into a car and fled. The suspect is described as an African America male, 18 to 25, 5”8, 150. The suspect was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans. The suspect was armed with a silver revolver. Report number 110074959

1:21 am     4900 blk Mission        Warrant arrest
Officers Dilag and Lundy were sent to investigate a trespasser. The officers spoke to the caller who told them who told the officers that an unknown subject was inside her building without permission. The officers located the suspect and discovered that he had an outstanding warrant to robbery. The suspect was arrested without incident. Report number 110062857

Officers Dudley and Antonian were sent to investigate a fraud case that had just occurred. The officers located and spoke to the victim. the victim told the officers that the suspect came into the bank and attempted to cash a check  for $2000 using another person’s id card . The bank teller suspected foul play and called a supervisor. The supervisor then called the police. The suspect was still at the location. The suspect had someone else’s identification and ATM card on them. The officers contacted the person whose name was on the identification and were told the property was stolen from them. the suspect realizing that she was going to jail told the officers that her accomplice had left the bank when he saw the officers come in. the bank tape has been requested. The suspect was arrested and booked. Report number 110065033

Officers Cassinelli and Hom were sent to investigate a theft incident. the victim told the officers that she observed the suspect in the medicine isle of the store. The suspect was acting suspicious, so the victim continued to watch him. The victim saw the suspect numerous boxes of merchandise and stuff them down the side of his pants. The victims then watched as the suspect walked past all the registers and not pay. The suspect was detained outside by the victim. The suspect had taken almost $200 of cold medicine.  The suspect was arrested, then cited for the theft with a court date. Report number 110065130

11:00 pm Mission/Bosworth     Robbery Arrest
Officer Frazier was sent to investigate a fight on a MUNI bus. The officer arrived and located a victim. The victim told the officer that he was on the bus on his phone, when a suspect reached and grabbed the phone out of his hand. The victim told the officer that he pulled back and a struggle followed. The victim told the officer that another suspect grabbed him from behind while the first suspect struck him on the eye causing a laceration.  The victim told the officer that other riders on the bus pushed the suspects off the bus. The suspects fled on foot. Officer Frazier took the victim and placed him in his patrol car and began a search for the suspects. A short distance away, the victim saw the suspects and told the officer. The victim jumped out of the car and grabbed the one suspect while the other suspects fled. An off duty SFPD Sgt, Sgt Browne, was driving by when he saw the suspects fleeing. Sgt Browne jumped into action and chased the suspects while Officer Frazier broadcast the description and direction of the fleeing suspects. Since Ingleside units were already searching the area for the suspects everyone was close and were able to close the dragnet on the rest of the suspects.  All of the suspects were detained and positively identified by the victim and a number of other witnesses that were on the bus and stepped forward. Did I mention that a second victim came forward and also identified the suspects. In all there were a total of 4 suspects arrested and booked. Officers Johnson, Hopkins and Uang were sent to investigate a theft case. The victim told the officers that she was at home when a known suspect asked if she could use her cell phone. The victim let the suspect use the phone inside her home. The suspect spoke on the phone for 15 minutes before the victim told her to get off and return the phone. The suspect ignored her. The victim tried several times to get the suspect off the phone with the suspect ignoring her every time. The victim had to take her daughter to school and left for a few moments. The suspect was gone when she returned, and so was the phone.  report number 110064574

SFCCPD officer Bermudez was sent to investigate a theft case. the victim told the officer that she was seated with her coat draped on the back of the chair. The victim told the officer that she never left her chair. When the victim got up to leave, she discovered that her iTouch was missing from her coat pocket. Report number 110055426

Lt. Vintero was conducting traffic enforcement when he came across a car that had tabs on the plate that did not match the DMV registration. The vehicle was in violation per the Vehicle code thus, the plate taken as evidence and the car towed. Report number 110064029

Officers Araujo and Pai were sent to investigate vandalism investigate a vandalism case. The victim told the officers that he locked and parked his cars in front of his home. The victim told the officer that when he came out in the morning both cars had been scratched by a sharp object. There were no suspects observed. Report number 110066780

SFCCPD Officer Burlyga was sent to investigate a theft incident. the victim told the officer that she went to class and placed her bag at the back of the class then was seated. The victim told the officer that towards the end of the class she noticed a suspect walk up to her bag and pull on the zipper, but did not think anything of it. When the class was over, the bag was gone. Report number 110073600

Officers Obot and Johnson were sent to investigate a vandalism incident. the victim told the officers that she parked her car in front of her home. The victim said that when she came out the next morning, she discovered that someone had broken one her car window. There was no property taken. No suspects observed. Report number 110067283

Officers HenryGarcia and Jones were sent to investigate a robbery case. The officers located the victim that was bleeding. The victim told the officers that he was on his way home with groceries in hand. As he turned the corner he was grabbed from behind by a suspect, and then surrounded by two other. The suspects were trying to take the victim’s wallet, but the victim fought back by biting the suspect that was choking him on the arm. The suspect let go, and they fled. The only thing the suspects were able to get, was the victims cell phone. The suspects are described as (#1, 2, and 3) African American 18-25, both wearing black hoodies.  Report number 110065823

Officers Baldovino and Lundy were sent to investigate a robbery case. The victim told the officers that he was at the bus stop waiting for a bus, playing on a PSP. The victim said that a suspect appeared and stuck a knife to his stomach and demanded to PSP. The victim said that he observed the "look out" on the phone laughing while he was getting robbed. The victim told the officers that he inadvertently dropped his cologne. The suspect reached for it trying to catch it, the victim said that he ran as fast as he could with the suspects in pursuit. The victim ran between cars in an attempt to tire out the suspect. When the victim made it to Mission Street, he looked back and saw that the suspects were running away from him. The victim was not hurt, nor suffered any loss. The suspects are described as, (#1) white male, 6’00, 130 lbs. wearing a black hoodie with "SF" in orange on front and black pants armed with a knife.  Suspect (#2) Hispanic male 5'10, 130 lbs. last seen wearing a black jacket and jeans. 0ffocer Obot and Johnson were at Sunnydale and Hahn, when they were informed that there had been shots fired in the area. The officers began to search when dispatch broadcast that Daly City Police needed assistance. The officers responded and found DCPD officers there and on scene. The DCPD officers had pulled over a vehicle for a violation. The car pulled into a driveway. The driver of the car realized that she had put the car in a position where she could not move. The driver of the car put the car in drive and drove into the house, then put it reverse and smashed into the DCPD vehicle attempting to get away the officers were in the cars path. The DCPD officer feared that the car was going to gravely injure him shot at the driver twice. The officers were shaken up, but not injured. Ingleside officers learned from dispatch that the owner of the car had responded to Bayview station to report his car stolen. The suspect was booked for Assault with a deadly weapon on a police officer and stolen vehicle. The suspect is in critical but stable condition according the SF general hospital ER doctor. Officers Leong and Salcedo were sent to investigate a robbery incident. The victim told the officers that he was at home with a known suspect. The suspect has drug issues and today told the victim that if he did not give him $100 he was going to hurt him. The victim said that he was scared of the suspect and told him that he did not have the cash on hand but that they could go to the ATM and get it out. The victim and the suspect walked out. The suspect grabbed the victim by the wrist and would not let go. The victim told the officers that when they got outside he began telling people to call the police. When the officers arrived the suspect was nearby. The suspect was arrested and booked for attempted robbery. Report number 110069223

Officer Hermosura was sent to investigate a robbery case. The victim told the officer that he had just left a local bar and was approached by a male suspect that had gotten out of a car and walked to him. The suspect then told the victim to give him all his money.  The suspect put his hand in his pocket and simulated a gun. The victim fearing that the suspect had a gun gave him his wallet with $220. l the suspect walked back to the car and fled. The suspect is described as an African American male, 19 to, 5’7, 140 lbs wearing dark polo shirt and blue jeans and had black curly hair. The car was a gray Ford Taurus. Report number 110066122

Officers Baldovino and Lundy were sent to investigate a vandalism incident. The victim told the officers that an unknown male suspect came to the door of his business knocked and asked to purchase alcohol at 6am. The victim told the suspect “No” the suspect became angry and kicked the glass door twice causing it to shatter. Report number 110066445

The victim said that while waiting a suspect walked up to her holding a gun in his right hand and told her to give him her iPod. The suspect snatched it and walked away.  the suspect is described as an African American male, 18 to 25, 5’7, 160 lbs. last seen wearing black hood, red beanie and black pants and gloves. Officers Fung and Suguitan were sent to investigate a vandalism incident. The victim told the officers that an unknown suspect smashed a window on his car. The victim told the officers that nothing was stolen. Report number 110070515

7:35 pm     Bosworth/Diamond   Robbery
Officers Lim and Gomez were sent to investigate a robbery. The victim told the officers that while waiting for a bus across from the Glen Park BART station she was texting to someone when a female suspect crossed the street and asked her if she was ready. Before the victim could reply the suspect slapped her face. The victim stood up and began to fight with the suspect. The victim told the officers that a male suspect came from the side and started pulling on her purse. The victim turned her attention to the male suspect and she then started fighting for her purse.  The victim fought with the suspect over her purse to the point she was knocked to the ground and dragged by the male suspect to a waiting car. The victim told the officers that she would not let go of the purse even when she heard the suspect say drive whit her still holding on to the purse and being dragged. The victim said that the car started driving and it ran over her legs. A witness said that the car never ran over the victim but she did see her on the ground and in shock. The victim received laceration to both legs. The victim refused medical attention.  The suspects are described as an African American female 5’5, 120 lbs, 20 to 25 last seen wearing a jacket. The male suspect of the same ethnicity was 6’00, 180 last seen wearing black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. The car is a dark blue Oldsmobile. Report number 110068071

7:57 pm     Ellsworth/Alemany    Reckless driving
Officers Antonian and Dudley were on when they observed a vehicle passing them with a known suspect to them. The officers knew from previous contacts that the suspect had a suspended license. The officers attempted to stop the vehicle. The vehicle stopped and as the officers were approaching it took off. The officers pursued the vehicle for a short distance. Once the officers realized that the suspect was not going to stop they terminated the pursuit and responded to the registered owners address. This case is still under investigation. PSA Zabarte prepared a report regarding a tampering incident. the victim told the PSA that he parked his car and secured it only to return and discover that someone had stolen motor parts. There were no suspects observed. Report number 110070361
